Job Description:
  • Ability to develop initial baseline schedules with little project information. This requires previous experience is hospitality / mix use development projects.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of overview and strategic programmes, including design, procurement and construction schedules together with supporting information required schedules
  • Include all project stages from initiations to completion in the baseline and identify stage gates accordingly.
  • Coordinate and manage the preparation and development of master planning, engineering, procurement, and construction schedules together with associated information required schedules

Responsibilities

  • To be accountable for defining and maintaining the schedules, metrics and information framework, including the establishment of planning standards, policies, procedures, protocols and systems to facilitate efficient and effective Project Management and Execution.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the Planning Team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting continuous learning and professional development. Lead Performance and Reporting resources at Programme level and resources and Teams embedded within Projects.

  • 8–10 years of experience in planning and scheduling, with at least 5 years focused on interior fit-out for luxury projects (e.g., hotels, palaces, high-end residences, commercial towers).
  • Previous client approval in KSA (e.g., by PIF, NEOM, ROSHN, Red Sea Global, or Aramco) is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Solid understanding of fit-out sequencing, luxury finishes, and coordination with MEP and specialist subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of delay analysis techniques and EOT claims.
  • Familiarity with KSA project controls procedures and documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience on mega luxury developments in KSA or GCC.
  • PMP, PSP (AACE), or similar certifications (advantageous).
  • Arabic language skills (a plus, but not required).
