Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and timelines to ensure alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and develop comprehensive project plans.
Identify potential delays and risks and recommend mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Prepare detailed progress reports, including schedule updates, resource allocation, and project status for internal and external stakeholders.
Utilize planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools to create and manage project schedules.
Analyze project progress, resource usage, and critical path activities to ensure efficient project execution.
Coordinate with the construction team to validate work progress and update schedules accordingly.

Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling techniques.
Experience working on airport or large infrastructure projects in the Middle East is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Manage, supervise, and perform communication systems planning and implementation activities. Level of support can be theater-wide or at squadron level. Tasks shall include:

- Supervision of service level reporting and inputs into scorecard results across Group.
- Preparation of periodic reports for Executive Committee and the Board.
- Management reporting and financial projections (Development spending and tracking performance on spend).
- Facilitate setting up of annual business and action plans for all the business units.
- Project evaluation and support.
- Support the development of processes and structures of Group Services and work with cross functional departmental teams to improve workflows/communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a similar business/corporate environment.
- Preferred experience in industry – working closely with production houses, TV networks or broadcasting media.
- Holder of a degree in Business from a well reputed university (MBA is an advantage).
- Experience in successfully negotiating and closing deals.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Background in financial and business modeling.
- Highly numerate and analytical.
- Proven skills in conducting industry research and analysis.
