  • Provide nursing care and patient family education consistent with the plan of care and needs of the patient, with respect for privacy, dignity, personal preference, and culture while demonstrating acceptance, caring, and empathy and utilizing appropriate resources when applicable
  • Precept new hires and trainees during the probation training period and participate in making recommendations regarding progress and training needs
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency and life‑saving situations by utilizing clinical skills, critical thinking, and evidence‑based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Perform a wide range of nursing procedures with attention to accuracy, patient safety, and comfort while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment for the patient, family, visitors, and staff
  • Support exclusive breastfeeding guided by the Saudi MoH 10 Steps to Successful Breastfeeding

3 years International Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

Professional Certifications Required

Current licensure as a professional Registered Nurse; Basic Life Support (BLS); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Years of Experience

Minimum 4 years of Nursing Experience including 2 years in Pediatric Intensive Care or related field

Languages

English: Fully Proficient ; Arabic: Preferred
