Our client, a leading Saudi Arabian Digital Transformation and Technology Solutions provider is looking to hire a Sales Manager - KSA, managing government & private clients advising on Cloud, Cyber Security & Smart City projects.preferred local national.

JOB OBJECTIVE: Provide strategic direction, accountability & vision for designated COMPANY’s clients—planning budgets, managing projects, setting goals, identifying additional business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Day to Day Operations:

• Manage all aspects of client business, providing exceptional client service, while maximizing profitability by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell COMPANY’s range of Digital Transformation solutions.

• Recommend budgets and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of forecasted revenues.

• Maximize penetration of COMPANY’s solutions and product offerings among large existing clients, as well as new prospects.

• Design short and long-term growth strategies, as well as prepare execution plans to achieve & surpass targets.

• Build and sustain long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs, strategies and vision, and recommending relevant digital transformation solutions.

• Serve as the key point of contact for key accounts and customer stakeholders.

• Bring consulting skills and capabilities to the table by advising internal resources on pre-sale, sale, and delivery strategies & tactics.

• Assist vertical leads in identifying clients and departments that require change management to adapt to new technologies.

• Ensure adherence to expected performance levels and proactively identify new requirements for all key clients.

• Manage account profitability and monitor performance targets by proactively identifying new opportunities for growth.

• Support key clients in their Digital Transformation journey by becoming their trusted partner.

• Monitor customer NPS, generate customer insights and develop strategies to promote customer advocacy.

• Win and close key Digital Transformation projects within each designated account, while achieving significant overall growth across the client portfolio.

MIS & Reports: Prepare MIS statements and reports to meet the departments and COMPANY’s requirements, policies and standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Social Science, Business Management, or equivalent
  • Experience with related advisory services, management, or technical consultancy
  • ITIL v3 Practitioner or v4 Foundation preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in a client servicing or partner relationship role

  • Knowledge of Digital Transformation, Smart Cities / Nations, Cloud, and Cyber Security.

Job Description:

Parsons is hiring an experienced and highly skilled Lead Security Systems Engineer to oversee the design, implementation, and integration of physical and electronic security systems for a large-scale, high-profile project. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of a fully integrated, robust, and compliant security solution driven by a formal Security Risk Management process. The Lead Security Systems Engineer will supervise the detailed design, installation, and commissioning of all security subsystems, ensuring seamless integration into the District Security Operations Center (DSOC) and the overarching Integrated Security Management Platform. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering a risk-based and proportionate security posture for the entire district.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Supervise the design, installation, and commissioning of all physical and electronic security systems across the project, ensuring compliance with international and local standards.

  2. Oversee the implementation of security subsystems, including the Video Surveillance System (CCTV), Access Control Systems, and Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) assets.

  3. Ensure seamless integration of all security systems into the District Security Operations Center (DSOC) and the overarching Integrated Security Management Platform .

  4. Apply Security Risk Management frameworks to develop Operational Requirements (ORs) and ensure system designs are proportionate to identified risks.

  5. Validate and supervise the installation of advanced security technologies, including large-scale CCTV networks, Video Management Systems (VMS), and AI-based video analytics.

  6. Oversee the deployment and integration of Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) platforms, Access Control Systems, and Vehicle Screening Systems.

  7. Utilize methodologies such as Design Basis Threats (DBT) to ensure the security systems address potential vulnerabilities effectively.

  8. Ensure compliance with local security regulations and standards, particularly in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.

  9. Troubleshoot complex security system integration issues from a risk-based perspective, ensuring robust performance and adherence to project requirements.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

  2. Mandatory membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

  3. Extensive experience in the design and implementation of integrated security systems for large-scale, complex environments such as smart cities, critical infrastructure, or major public venues.

  4. Proven track record of delivering major security projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC, with a strong understanding of local security regulations and standards.

  5. In-depth expertise in applying security risk management frameworks to develop Operational Requirements (ORs) and determine system designs, including standards such as:

    • ISO 31000
    • ASIS Risk Assessment Standard (RA.1-2015)
    • IEC 31010 risk assessment techniques
  6. Strong background in supervising the installation of advanced security technologies, including:

    • Large-scale CCTV networks
    • Video Management Systems (VMS)
    • AI-based video analytics
  7. Hands-on experience with:

    • Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) platforms
    • Access Control Systems
    • Vehicle Screening Systems
  8. Familiarity with methodologies for determining Design Basis Threats (DBT).

Certifications:

  • Professional certifications from ASIS, such as:

    • Physical Security Professional (PSP)
    • Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
  • Knowledge of international security guidelines for developing Operational Requirements, such as those from NPSA (UK National Protective Security Authority).

  • Familiarity with the ISO/IEC 27000 series for information security (preferred).

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex security system integration issues from a risk-based perspective.

  • Ability to manage and supervise the work of systems integrators, ensuring alignment with project goals and security requirements.
