About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Resident Engineer

to support and optimize our customer's deployment of the Netskope Cloud Security platform. Acting as an integral part of the customer's technical team, you will provide hands-on technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of the existing Netskope deployment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate engineer to work on cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions and help deliver value to a key project.

Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Support and Collaboration
    :
  • Act as the trusted technical consultant for the customer's project team.
  • Directly integrate with the customer's team to provide on-site technical assistance and deployment support.
  • Serve as the customer advocate, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Technical Tasks
    :
  • Perform ongoing configuration, fine-tuning, and optimization of the deployed Netskope Cloud Security platform.
  • Assist with policy creation, updates, and troubleshooting to meet evolving customer requirements.
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between the Netskope platform and the customer's existing IT environment.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    :
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation tailored to the customer's specific deployment.
  • Deliver detailed weekly status reports summarizing progress, open issues, and planned activities.
  • Problem Solving and Best Practices
    :
  • Resolve technical issues effectively by collaborating with Netskope support and internal teams.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for platform utilization to enhance security posture and efficiency.
  • Recommend additional features or training to maximize the customer's return on investment.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience
    :
  • 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or network security.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud security platforms (e.g., Netskope, Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks).
  • Familiarity with technical support, professional services, or implementation projects.
  • Skills
    :
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments and heterogeneous systems.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting security policies and platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications (Preferred)
    :
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications.
  • Project management qualifications such as ITIL or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Overview

We are currently seeking a KSA Sales Manager to lead the Project Sales function in the Saudi market. This high-impact role is responsible for driving business growth, setting and achieving sales targets, and building a strong sales pipeline in the projects channel. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, deep market knowledge in KSA, and strong experience in the building materials sector.

Primary Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Leadership
  • Develop and execute annual sales strategies and business plans for the Projects Channel in KSA.
  • Forecast and plan expected sales volumes, revenues, and profitability.
  • Lead, inspire, and grow the project sales team to exceed set targets and KPIs.
Sales Operations & Client Development
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding evolving needs.
