to join our Al-Khobar office. The successful candidate will lead and oversee large-scale
Telecom and Security integration projects
across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a focus on delivering projects in compliance with

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Executio

- Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale Telecom and Security system integration projects within KSA.
- Ensure projects are executed in line with
Saudi Aramco project requirements
and
HCIS standards. - Oversee all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, including civil and installation contractors, ensuring quality and timely execution of site works.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and commissioning.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for
Saudi Aramco
representatives and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. - Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Organize and lead project meetings, progress reviews, and site coordination sessions.
Quality, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure full compliance with
Saudi Aramco procedures, standards, and approval processes. - Monitor project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for management and client review.
Requirements
- Saudi Aramco Approved Project Manager
(mandatory). - PMP Certification

- PSP Certification
will be considered a plus - Minimum
8–10 years of experience
in Project Management, with at least
5 years managing large-scale Telecom and Security system integration projects within KSA for Oil & Gas clients. - Proven track record in managing civil and installation subcontractors related to Telecom and Security projects.
- Demonstrated strong site experience, including supervision of field works, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Solid understanding of Telecom and Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, IDS, Perimeter Security, Structured Cabling, Data Networks, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required;
- Knowledge of Arabic will be considered a plus.
