The Security Escort Program acts as an integrated member of the unit providing operations continuity during rotation of personnel for OCN/LN personnel. Under general oversight and guidance from the Site Manager (SM) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) the Escort shall provide observation services located at assigned locations to augment the unit's Security Monitor program. Shall work as an integrated member of the unit and provide operations continuity during rotation of personnel. The Escort uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes, resolve conflicts, and ensure mission success.
This position is contingent based on contract award.
This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
Responsibilities
Major Job Activities:
+ Escorts un-cleared personnel into areas and monitors personnel while performing work.
+ Logs in and out all Local National (LN) /Other Country National (OCN) contractors and counts personnel before and after they perform duties; notifies appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
+ Monitors LN/OCN work until it is completed for the day and the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
+ Ensures LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband (i.e., weapons, drugs, etc.).
+ Ensures all local base escorting policies are followed by LN/OCNs workforce.
+ Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.
Material & Equipment Directly Used:
+ Use of Land Mobile Radios, cell phones, laptop, and other devices to maintain contact and accountability of work activities.
+ The ability to drive company provided vehicles on and off base.
Physical Activities:
+ Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
+ Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as, hearing and eye protection.
+ Day-to-day physical requirements may involve standard office activities including sitting/standing for extended periods of time, attending meetings, use of keyboard and mouse repetitively, lifting and carrying less than 20 lbs. frequently, etc.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
+ US Citizen.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ US Passport with minimum one plus year validity remaining.
+ Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
+ Must hold an active DoD secret clearance or be able to obtain this clearance prior to deployment and must maintain such clearance for the duration of employment in this role.

The **Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) Electrical Systems Lead** shall perform, manage and oversee the installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and modifications of electrical distribution systems.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure Installation, maintenance, and repairs interior, exterior, overhead, underground electrical power distribution systems and components such as capacitor banks, vacuum and air break switches, breakers, transformers, fuses, lighting fixtures, receptacles, and motors.
- Inspects, tests, and services overhead line conductors and direct buried cables, and those in underground ducts and conduits as well as inspects powerline poles for pest damage, deterioration, and loose hardware.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions using technical orders, manufacturers' handbooks, local procedures, codes, and directives.
- As required climbs utility poles and operates special purpose vehicles and equipment, including line maintenance and high reach trucks to inspect, maintain, and repair overhead distribution systems.
- As required, tests air samples in manholes for dangerous concentrations of combustible or toxic gases and oxygen deficiency.
- As required, maintains, inspects, and repairs special purpose electrical systems as well as fixed and portable airfield lighting systems including runway, threshold, approach, taxiway, visual glide slope, obstruction, and distance marker lights.
- This position shall function as an integral team member, cooperating with and supporting U.S. deployed forces, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and shall share information with other integral team members as required.
- Ensure all contractual performance objectives are met.

- Visit construction sites daily for at least thirty (30) minutes at each construction site to provide sufficient time to note progress and any issues. In addition to the site visits, CM shall attend the weekly construction meetings with the specific projects to ensure the Project Managers are informed of the most up to date information.

**Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) Power Generation Lead**

These functions are to ensure the delivery of BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services to the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel as well as five (5) remote Army sites at PSAB, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The Generator/Power Production Site Lead shall ensure Prime Power Generation and provides, continuous power with 99% availability to Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Ensure primary power generators are working by performing load tests, preventative maintenance, and repairing any equipment.
- Must be able to systematically troubleshoot and repair generators ranging in size from 3KW (3000 Watts) to multiple units synchronized and powering an entire base, 800KW or more, and ensuring the accessory equipment used with the generators are functional and repaired.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions using technical orders, manufacturers' handbooks, local procedures, codes, and directives.
- This position shall function as an integral team member, cooperating with and supporting U.S. deployed forces, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and shall share information with other integral team members as required.
- Manage and work with a diverse, international, and multi-skilled workforce as well as work hand in hand with electricians.
- As required, be available within two (2) hours of notification to meet on the installation with Government personnel.
- Ensure the successful delivery of services to 4,000 personnel, plus or minus 10%, at all times.
- Generator/Power Production lead shall ensure personnel are adequately trained, and personnel assigned to all tasks have the requisite knowledge and skills to meet minimum performance requirements as well as comply with all applicable laws, codes, standards and regulations.
- Responsible for proper utilization, accounting, and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment tools, information and Data).
- Ensure contractual submittals are provided to the government and contractual performance objectives are met.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for overseeing work of Foreman and laborers who report up to this position. May be required to perform other job-related tasks and duties as mission dictates.

- Certifications in surface, air, and sea freight movements and customs documentation for duty free shipments highly desired.

Shall work as an integrated member of the unit and provide operations continuity during rotation of personnel. The Escort uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes, resolve conflicts, and ensure mission success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Escorts un-cleared personnel into areas and monitors personnel while performing work.
+ Logs in and out all Local National (LN) /Other Country National (OCN) contractors and counts personnel before and after they perform duties; notifies appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
+ Monitors LN/OCN work until it is completed for the day and the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
+ Ensures LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband (i.e., weapons, drugs, etc.).
+ Ensures all local base escorting policies are followed by LN/OCNs workforce.
+ Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.
