Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a technical specialist in Customer-facing roles
- Experience driving discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation
- Experience in Delivering IT Strategy & Consulting services, and hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or current hands on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience

· Directs the payroll function from start to finish including payroll entry, SOP design, and the establishment and review of payroll policies and controls to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient payroll operation
· Being familiar with the social compliance declaration and contribution, either via government on-line platform or via off-line registration at the counter
· Provides human capital management advisory services to the clients including the legal side of labor laws and industrial best practices
· Assure the quality of HR project is conformed with each client's requirements

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resource or any relevant field

Your qualifications and skills
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in commerce, finance, business studies, operations, economics or a related field, with an outstanding academic record
- 4+ years of project delivery in consulting; preferably on the delivery of large-scale projects in financial industries; international experience is a plus
