1. QA Planning & Development:

  • Support the Divisional Head in aligning the QA functional strategy with business objectives by contributing to the development of business plans, feasibility assessments, and project planning.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, track expenditures, and support cost optimization initiatives.
  • Analyze quality trends and performance data to support decision-making and future improvements.

2. QA Initiatives Implementation:

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update divisional QA policies and standard operating procedures in compliance with international standards and SFDA requirements.
