Job Description
- Providing an oversight for development, review and monitoring of project schedules, and the master program schedule incorporating the individual package schedules
- Developing and managing project reporting formats and procedures
- Developing and managing the system, structure and tools for document management systems
- Providing recommendations to manage project risks and improve the financial performance of the project
- Supporting the project team in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems
- Interfacing with the Clients, attending regular meetings, and providing statistical reports

- Coordination with the Client to finalize the contractor's programs, reports, and claims.

- Preparation of Trackers / Logs to monitor critical issues during the Design and Construction stages of the Project.
- Agree on the progress measurement system (PMS) and key indicators with the consultants/contractors during the project for monitoring purposes.
