About the Role
- Provide effective project management for the SCADA Construction Contractor, including technical support for automation of treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs, and other infrastructure to ensure quality and continuous service within scope, RFP, and procedures.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to GRF’s SCADA and Controls infrastructure within the Risk Management Framework.
- Analyze and develop alternative solutions for issues with SCADA and Control Infrastructure, devising action plans and innovative approaches.
- Anticipate hardware, software, and operational changes.
- Manage SCADA alarm systems.
- Prepare contract payment certificates (IPCs) and financial documentation for approval.
- Update documentation and processes with system and process changes.
- Assist in developing technical and commercial reports, standards, and contracts.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
- Ensure compliance with KSA Cyber Security Standards related to SCADA.
- Extensive experience with ELV low current systems standards, including SCADA management, control room management, CCTV, fire alarm systems, and controller systems.
- Diagnose system failures and implement solutions.
- Develop and manage RFPs and BoQs, review ELV drawings, and evaluate specifications.
- Monitor performance and work quality, ensuring compliance with standards and statutory requirements.
