Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Commission-Based Sales Executive to help drive our next phase of growth in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, and Oman. In this role, you'll identify and engage with new business opportunities, educate potential clients about Silverfox Digital's service offerings, and close deals across various verticals.
This is a fully remote, commission-only role ideal for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a high-tech, fast-paced environment and wants to control their income through performance.
What You'll Do
- Drive new client acquisition for our product suite.
- Build & nurture partnerships with local businesses, non-profits, government, and networks.
- Contribute directly to company positioning, strategy, and expansion.
- Proactively identify, reach out to, and qualify potential clients in key industries such as Restaurants, Hotels, Medical Clinics, Dentists, Beauty Salons, Retail, and Leisure Businesses across select markets around the world, but with emphasis on the GCC.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of leads through outbound efforts, networking, and LinkedIn.
- Present Silverfox Digital's growth marketing service offerings, including social media management, digital lead generation, AI tools, 360-degree Google virtual tours, AI voice agents, and AI SEO offerings.
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and close deals.
- Educate clients on how our solutions can solve their technical challenges and provide strategic value.
- Track all interactions and opportunities using our CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B solution sales, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS sales; you'll bring with you a book of existing clients.
- Strong understanding of marketing and enterprise sales cycles and the ability to navigate sometimes complex decision-making structures.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn and articulate complex technical concepts with confidence and clarity.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only compensation model.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to conduct cold calls and cold emails with substance and flair.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs (HubSpot), and outbound prospecting tools is a plus.

Compensation:
- 15% of client revenue for the first 6 months of each deal you close +5% close bonus per client.
Close a Social Media Management deal ($1,500/mo) → earn $25/mo for 6 months ( 1,500) + 75 upfront = 1,575 total per client.

Responsibilities- Represents the HSE Manager on all Construction job sites
- Advises and assists the senior construction site representative in the establishment and management of safety programs and in identifying and eliminating/controlling any hazards to persons and property.
- Audits and inspects the job site to detect and correct safety hazards
- Reviews risk assessments for upcoming work and provide technical assistance to the safety planning process.
- Assist the HSE Manager in developing Safety Performance Indicators and Targets and helps communicate findings to staff and assist in implementation of the mitigation strategies.
- Audits the job accident records and periodically prepares an audit report of these records.
- Represents management during safety inspections of the job site by regulatory authorities or company insurance carriers.
- Receives reviews and distributes safety inspection reports with recommended corrective actions.
- Provides oversight to the new hire safety orientation process and other safety related training.
- Participates in Weekly HSE Meetings with Contractors and assists and participates in site safety training
- Advises the Construction Manager and Safety Manager on potential hazards at work site.
- Reviews and advises Construction Manager and Safety Manager on safety requirements in the Method Statement and Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA).
- Verifies proper maintenance, calibration and operation of all safety equipment.
- Verifies agreed safety standards and applicable regulations are enforced by Supervising Consultant.
- Responsible for auditing Supervising Consultant oversight of Contractor Project Safety and ensure project is in compliance with corporate H&S requirements
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Health and Safety Diploma and/or equivalent experience and relevant safety related training courses.
Minimum Experience3-5 years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety.
Further Qualification RequiredRequires a thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and reporting procedures, as well as good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of safety management systems and procedures.
Further Experience Required- NEBOSH Construction/IGC/General Certification

Responsibilities- Represents the HSE Manager on all Construction job sites
- Advises and assists the senior construction site representative in the establishment and management of safety programs and in identifying and eliminating/controlling any hazards to persons and property.
- Audits and inspects the job site to detect and correct safety hazards
- Reviews risk assessments for upcoming work and provide technical assistance to the safety planning process.
- Assist the HSE Manager in developing Safety Performance Indicators and Targets and helps communicate findings to staff and assist in implementation of the mitigation strategies.
- Audits the job accident records and periodically prepares an audit report of these records.
- Represents management during safety inspections of the job site by regulatory authorities or company insurance carriers.
- Receives reviews and distributes safety inspection reports with recommended corrective actions.
- Provides oversight to the new hire safety orientation process and other safety related training.
- Participates in Weekly HSE Meetings with Contractors and assists and participates in site safety training
- Advises the Construction Manager and Safety Manager on potential hazards at work site.
- Reviews and advises Construction Manager and Safety Manager on safety requirements in the Method Statement and Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA).
- Verifies proper maintenance, calibration and operation of all safety equipment.
- Verifies agreed safety standards and applicable regulations are enforced by Supervising Consultant.
- Responsible for auditing Supervising Consultant oversight of Contractor Project Safety and ensure project is in compliance with corporate H&S requirements
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Health and Safety Diploma and/or equivalent experience and relevant safety related training courses.
Minimum Experience3-5 years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety.
Further Qualification RequiredRequires a thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and reporting procedures, as well as good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of safety management systems and procedures.
Further Experience Required- NEBOSH Construction/IGC/General Certification
- Conversant in Incident & Accident reporting with Root Cause Analysis skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent ability to design and implement policies.
