Across Saudi Arabia, we electrify events from the Formula 1 in Jeddah to the Sound Storm Festival in Riyadh. We also support our customers across the Kingdom with a variety of complex projects including providing power and cooling for the Red Sea development project and supplying cooling and backup power for customers’ refineries.
Our graduate sales programme
As a Sales Graduate, you will experience a 24-month development programme designed for Saudi graduates.
The role involves rotating through key sales functions with the aim of developing into permanent sales specialist or account manager within the Aggreko sales team.
In the first year, graduates will focus on sales induction, sales administration, and inside sales to develop a solid understanding of the sales process and operational support.
The second year will emphasise business development, account management, and revenue-generating activities, alongside development of essential soft skills.
Each graduate will be based in one of Aggreko’s key Saudi locations—Jeddah, Riyadh, or Dammam—with a sector specialism: Riyadh (Events), Jeddah (PCR), and Dammam (Oil & Gas).
This programme offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real business challenges, preparing graduates for a permanent sales role within Aggreko.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Passionate about mechanical or electrical engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
Technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering, ideally in power generation (preferred but not essential)
Possession of a valid driving license.
Business level English proficiency.
