  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
      • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with organizational goals.
      • Oversee contract management processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination, particularly with the technical and operations teams to align sales efforts with delivery capabilities.

Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

    • In-depth knowledge of oil and gas products, services, and market dynamics.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to travel as needed.
Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity in the oil and gas industry.

  • Execute all other tasks as requested by Team Leader within the assigned job role
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant)
  • Experience in Oil and Gas sector, preferably with ILI exposure
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level
  • Professional level of English language is a must

  • Ability to travel extensively including international trips
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on business and project needs
  • Ability to work either independently or within a team to ensure project success
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility: Ability to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells
  • Communication: Clear speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively
  • Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively
  • Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection
  • Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient mobility and physical reflexes to perform office duties and travel to off‑site locations when necessary
