- Title / Designation : Sales Manager / Account Manager (Downstream Oil and gas)
- Work Mode: Remote from Saudi Arabia
- Build comprehensive account strategies for downstream oil and gas clients in Saudi Arabia, ensuring strong engagement and business growth.
- Leverage deep market knowledge and personal connections within oil marketing companies to drive sales and establish long-term relationships.
- Identify new opportunities and successfully sell automation solutions to end clients in the downstream Oil & Gas sector across the region.
- Work closely with internal product teams to create project plans, define timelines, allocate resources, and manage teams effectively.
- Ensure an outstanding Total Customer Experience (TCE) across all managed accounts, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Formalize account relationships, address all products and solutions, and implement a growth strategy to maximize customer share across assigned territories.
- Track payment milestones and proactively follow up with multiple clients to ensure timely payments.
- Utilize Salesforce.com and other systems to streamline lead generation, opportunity tracking, and deal registration for operational efficiency.
- Stay up to date with the product portfolio, industry advancements, and domain expertise to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Enhance market presence and strengthen brand recognition in Saudi Arabia through strategic initiatives.
- Actively contribute to a positive, cooperative, and results-driven team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in account management and/or software sales preferably in the Oil and Gad industry in the Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in selling automation, fleet management, POS, payment, or logistics solutions to the oil and gas industry.
- Must be willing to travel to all regions in Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related technical, business discipline, or equivalent in IT/Electronics or a related field.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English
- Proficiency in project management software, MS office suite and sales analytical tools with Strong presentation skills
- Strong account planning, negotiation, and presentation skills

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems specific to oil and gas operations. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Design and develop electrical control systems for oil and gas facilities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical documentation including specifications and data sheets.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform inspections to maintain system integrity.
- Prepare and review technical proposals and project schedules.
