About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our HR Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors ECP, ensuring accurate payroll processing and seamless integration with HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and support.
• Conduct workshops with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements.
• Configure and customize ECP to meet payroll policies, compliance, and business needs.
• Manage data migration, validation, and parallel payroll testing to ensure accuracy.
• Support integration between ECP and other SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Time, etc.) and third-party systems.
• Perform system testing (SIT, UAT) and provide post-go-live hypercare.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices, compliance, and country-specific payroll regulations.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training to payroll and HR teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
• At least 2 end-to-end ECP implementations (global or local).
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and legislation.
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP and Employee Central.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central Payroll preferred.
• Experience with payroll testing, validation, and cutover planning.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-country payroll implementations.
• Familiarity with SAP HCM Payroll and migration to ECP.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Center, CPI, or middleware tools for payroll interfaces.
• Experience working in large-scale HR transformation programs.

• Provide support for critical incidents for smooth business continuity.

• Document the settings and prepare proper guidelines (Configuration Document) that allow other consultants to do further changes or repair with due efforts.
