Job Description:

1-Support for core SAP Basis administrator functions including software installation and setup, enhancement pack and support pack installation and upgrade, performance monitoring, tuning and capacity management utilizing enterprise standards and leveraging best operating practices.

2-Document and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures

3-Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution.

Monitor and manage the Ticketing system using SAP Solution Manager, ensuring timely resolution of SAP-related issues and requests.

4-Provide a lead architecture role to support SAP projects while maintaining reliability and performance.

5-Actively participate in SAP infrastructure design including server, storage, high availability, and disaster recovery capabilities.

6-Support SAP Landscape strategy through client copies and system refreshes.

7-Prepare formal project documentation, including specifications, requirements summaries, logical system design documents, state diagrams, and test scripts.

8-Collaborate with Infrastructure administration resources in a Microsoft SQL Server and Windows environments.

9-Assist with change control, incident response, and testing processes for infrastructure changes or problems across the SAP landscape.

10-Respond to system problems on a 24x7 basis and take part in on-call rotation.

11-Manage user administration, role assignments, and user access reviews.

12-Perform Role Matrix reviews in collaboration with business stakeholders to analyze and optimize user roles and authorizations.

13-Implement and manage changes to the Role Matrix based on business requirements and security guidelines.

Qualifications
:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer since or Management information system or any related field.

Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full procurement cycle for international purchases, from request to payment, using SAP MM.
• Develop and maintain relationships with global suppliers to secure competitive prices, favorable terms, and reliable delivery schedules.
• Create, process, and monitor purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in SAP MM.
• Conduct supplier evaluations based on quality, price, lead time, and payment terms.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Support material planning through MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and maintain optimal stock levels using min/max parameters.
• Analyze market trends, currency fluctuations, and shipping conditions to mitigate procurement risks.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, international trade laws, and import/export regulations.
• Prepare regular procurement performance reports and cost analysis.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and SAP MM system enhancements.

Job Summary:

An Non-SAP consultant with overall 5+ years experience proficient in handling all Non SAP

Applications including MSSQL databases and Linux,Windows Operating systems.

Qualification and Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Engineering or related technical subject.
• Minimum 5 years experience.

Position Responsibilities:

• Should have high level knowledge in Managing system Administration activities
• Should be able to handle Manufacturing Industry Application Administration like LIMs, SPI, Decode etc.
• Should be able to handle Security vulnerabilities
• Should have high level knowledge on Service Now Administration
• Should be able to handle independently Projects for Upgrades and New installations
• Should be able to coordinate with vendors for Day to Day activities
• Should be strong in Designing Landscape, Disaster Recovery planning
• Should have high level knowledge on Database Administration of MSSQL
• Should have strong trouble shooting capabilities
• Should be able to communicate and coordinate with application vendors
• Knowledge of  Mobile Application platform's
• Good understanding on Cloud Infrastructure
• Should be proficient in handling all Non SAP Applications integration with other products

Work Planning

• Develop short-term and long-term work plans based on business requirements and prioritization
• Allocate self and contractors to ensure to meet timelines as per approved work plans.

• Participate in team meetings to be informed on IT strategic plans and come up with ideas and initiatives to improve work environment, IT processes, learning and team contribution

Process Improvements

• Recommend initiatives to Basis modules to improve system utilizations and enhance landscape, availability and Performance.

New Technologies:

• Conduct research to identify new technologies that may add value to business
• Keep updated with changes in technology appropriate to own area and maintain knowledge levels required for the job.

Training

• Train and mentor junior team members and entry levels to prepare them for regular systems analysis and provide regular or as and when training to business users for better utilization of Solution Manager modules

Skills:

• ITIL V4 Certified.
• PMP certified- Desirable
