Job Title: Sales Manager – SAP Solutions (Saudi Market)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager with proven experience in selling SAP ERP Solutions (especially S/4HANA) to enterprise and mid-market clients in Saudi Arabia . The ideal candidate understands the Saudi business culture, has a strong network of CXOs and IT decision-makers, and thrives in solution-based selling environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing SAP deals (license, cloud subscriptions, and services).
- Build, develop, and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on SAP S/4HANA and related SAP cloud and on-premise offerings.
- Develop territory plans, account strategies, and forecasts specifically aligned with the Saudi market.
- Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders to understand client pain points and propose tailored SAP solutions.
- Collaborate closely with presales, delivery, marketing, and SAP ecosystem partners to execute account strategies.
- Represent the company in client meetings, events, conferences, and SAP partner forums in KSA.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP product offerings, industry trends, and the competitive landscape in Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience , with at least 2+ years selling SAP solutions .
- Strong experience in selling to Saudi clients across public sector, manufacturing, retail, or financial services.
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud migration conversations .
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the Saudi market.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Existing relationships with key stakeholders in large Saudi enterprises or government entities is a strong advantage.
- Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.

The Project Manager for SAP Applications will collaborate with the Program Management team to define, prioritize, plan, and execute program activities pertaining to the implementation of various applications. This role entails overseeing the program schedule and providing comprehensive analyses to the Program Management team regarding progress, challenges, risks, and quality. Additionally, the individual in this position will be responsible for managing and executing the communication plan for relevant activities, attending meetings, and liaising and coordinating with diverse teams. This role also includes the oversight of support provided by partner vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Program Management team in undertaking activities related to implementation.
Facilitate collaboration among diverse work streams and communicate with project stakeholders to gather and share project information.
Produce a variety of status reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Work in conjunction with the Delivery Team to support the development and deployment of SAP application components.
Offer strategic direction and guidance for all implementations of SAP applications.
Manage relationships with clients as well as functional and technical teams.
Provide insights, guidance, and recommendations regarding the Technical Designs produced by team members.
Ensure adherence to established procedures, quality assurance standards, templates, and documentation protocols.
Uphold the integrity, manageability, and architectural components of the systems.
Provide direction throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation stages of technology solutions (significant support may be required beyond regular working hours).
Identify and mitigate risks while addressing issues that affect project scope, schedule, and quality.
Assess and track progress to ensure that application releases are delivered punctually and within the specified scope.
Supervise post-implementation evaluations and ongoing monitoring of business applications.
Lead and establish Release and Change checkpoints throughout the project deployment lifecycle.
Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go assessments.
Engage in the Change Request process to document and validate the rationale for changes.
Develop and nurture effective and constructive relationships with clients and team members.
Perform additional duties as required to fulfill the objectives of the role.
Collaborate with various domain teams, including functional and technical teams.
Requirements
EDUCATION:
- A Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- PMP certification (or an equivalent certification) is preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementation projects
- At least 5 years of experience in managing SAP implementation projects in the capacity of Project Manager
- Proven project management experience, having successfully completed at least 2 full projects (from Project Planning to Post-Go Live support)
- Demonstrated strong management skills to effectively handle strategic planning, direction, reporting, and
- Solid knowledge and comprehension of the system development lifecycle and its ramifications
- Experience in the SAP Defense sector is considered an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies is essential
- Experience in gathering and documenting system requirements, as well as in documenting functional designs for
- Familiarity with enterprise-wide system implementation is required.
- Familiarity with established support development frameworks and methodologies

- Stay informed about industry trends and SAP updates to continuously enhance the company's supply chain capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain management or SAP SCM administration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SCM modules and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
