The SAP Supply Chain Lead will be responsible for the implementation and management of the SAP SCM domain, including all SAP products, integrations with non-SAP applications, and mobile solutions. This role carries full responsibility for leading the SCM team, managing related deliverables, and ensuring successful project execution with high quality and adherence to timelines.
- Manage and control the development and delivery of SCM functionalities in collaboration with the Delivery Leadership Team.
- Provide applications strategy and direction for all SAP services within the SCM domain.

- Investigate and resolve incidents and problems in SAP systems and services.
- Review and provide guidance on technical designs developed by other SAP domain teams.

- Collaborate with the authorization team to establish and implement the appropriate security model for the SCM domain.
- Drive resolution of issues during SAP upgrades and service pack enhancements.
- Contribute to hiring and selection of project team members.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and monitor business applications within the SCM domain.
- Participate in the Change Request process to document and justify changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Requirements
Education
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- SAP Certification.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Experience
- 10+ years of SAP project experience within the SCM domain.
- 5+ years of experience managing SAP landscapes in midsize or large organizations.
- Proven management skills in planning, strategy, reporting, and administration.
- Knowledge of system development lifecycle and enterprise-wide implementation challenges.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Request).
- Understanding of integration across SAP functional areas (FICO, HR, BI, etc.).
- SAP Defence sector experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP security models and products (SSO, IDM) from an SCM perspective.
- Experience gathering/documenting requirements and system functional design.
