We are looking for an Experienced and Immediately Available SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale SAP programs with a strong focus on private cloud deployments.

This will be a 6 months-extendable contract in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs (greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid).
• Manage full project lifecycle, including initiation, requirement gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Drive private cloud-based implementations and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring delivery within agreed parameters.
• Oversee project governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams (MM, FI/CO, SD, Basis, Security, etc.) to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and business leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring contractual obligations and service quality are met.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of SAP Project Management experience, with a focus on S/4HANA programs.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP implementations across multiple geographies or business units.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA private cloud projects is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and project governance frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of SAP modules and their integration points.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Position: Senior SAP BW and HANA Architect

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior SAP BW and HANA Architect to drive the migration of SAP BW/HANA workloads to Google Cloud (BigQuery and related services). The role will focus on discovery, migration planning, and technical design for a cloud-based Supply Chain Control Tower.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and current state analysis of SAP BW/HANA and S/4HANA data models, flows, extractors, and custom developments.

• Design and own the migration plan from SAP BW/HANA to BigQuery, including data extraction and loading strategies.

• Define and lead the BigQuery target data model design, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with reporting needs.

• Provide guidance to the migration team on SAP BW/HANA specifics, data extraction methods, and BigQuery data modeling.

• Support ETL strategy design using SAP and Google Cloud tools (BODS, SLT, SDI, Dataflow, Cloud Storage).

• Leverage Google Cloud techniques such as partitioning, clustering, performance tuning, and security best practices to optimize the target solution.

Skills & Experience

• Deep expertise in SAP BW (7.x, BW/4HANA) and SAP HANA (modeling, SQLScript).

• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA data structures and custom developments.

• Proficiency in ABAP, ETL processes (BODS, SLT, SDI).

• Experience in data modeling and performance optimization.

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud services: BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage.

• 10+ years of relevant SAP architecture and migration experience.

Preferred

• Experience in large-scale SAP BW/HANA migrations to cloud environments.

• Exposure to Supply Chain Control Tower solutions.

• Familiarity with Oil & Gas data landscapes.

• Working knowledge of Google Cloud techniques such as data pipeline orchestration (Composer/Cloud Run), cost optimization, and advanced analytics integration.

• Using SAP must have a broad and deep understanding of project management using agile methodology.
• Responsible for providing project management leadership for the program.
• Must manage the project governance framework and be accountable for ensuring program governance tools and processes are operating as implemented. This includes managing the risk and issue management processes for the program, assisting the work plan validation and optimization efforts and providing expertise to work streams in taking issues to resolution.
• SAP Senior Project Manager require a leadership presence, can effectively partner with all levels of the program team, provide project management expertise, lead and influence others, drive results, and monitor and manage the effectiveness of the program management.
• Should drive adoption of program governance through the PMO team and maintain and/or optimize the project plans.
• Handle the issue/risk identification escalation and resolution.
• Work on identification critical decisions needed and drive discussions towards agreements.

Qualifications:

• Project management experience in cross-functional systems implementations S4 HANA is a plus having this as well.
• Demonstrated skills in working effectively across business lines and partnering to meet common objectives.
• Proficient in English.
• Able to manage a detailed project plan and, at the same time, capable of handling complex conversations with leaders of the organization.
• Action Oriented, but detailed and organized.
• Project management skillset on ERP implementations.

The role involves leading functional discovery, mapping requirements, and ensuring continuity of Supply Chain reporting and KPIs in a cloud-based Control Tower environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to capture Supply Chain processes, KPIs, and reporting needs across SAP S/4HANA and BW/HANA.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for implementation on Google Cloud.
• Map SAP Supply Chain modules and data elements to BigQuery and other Google Cloud tools.
• Work closely with solution architects and business teams to validate requirements and align functional design with the target architecture.
