Functional Leadership • Lead blueprinting, configuration, and deployment of SAP MM and EWM modules across multiple business units. • Drive solution fit-gap analysis, process modeling, and validation workshops in line with SAP Activate methodology. • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex production issues (L2/L3), coordinating with business and technical teams SAP MM Expertise • Oversee procurement lifecycle: PR to PO, vendor evaluation, release strategies, and invoice verification. • Manage inventory processes including batch management, valuation, and physical inventory. • Integrate MM with other modules (FI, SD, PM) and external procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba) SAP EWM Expertise • Architect and implement EWM solutions for inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse structure, and RF framework. • Configure advanced features like slotting, wave management, and labor management. • Ensure seamless integration with SAP TM, MM, and third-party logistics systems Project & Change Management • Lead project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for SAP rollouts and enhancements. • Manage change requests, emergency transports, and ensure compliance with ITIL and audit standards • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation practices
Requirements
• Minimum of 12 years of SAP experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects· • Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred· • Knowledgeable in at least one of the core functional domains· • Skilled in blueprinting, fit gap analysis, configuration, and functional design of custom components. • Fluent in Microsoft Visio or any other business process diagramming tool· • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time · Experience in a professional • Service or a distribution company is a plus· • Hands-on capability in data migration and data preparation, Integration analysis and design, and testing and deployment·
