About the Role

An ERP Systems Financial Specialist is a professional who combines financial expertise with deep knowledge of ERP software, ensuring that accounting, budgeting, reporting, and compliance processes are effectively managed and optimized.

At DKN Engineering, you will play a critical role in aligning ERP Finance modules in collaboration with various project departments while complying both international standards (IFRS, GAAP) and local Saudi regulations.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Configuration (Finance Modules):

·   Configure and customize General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash Management modules.

·   Ensure compliance with international standards and Saudi financial regulations.

·   Familiar with WBS, Cost Code Breakdown mentality and its applications.

Business Process Analysis & Optimization:

·   Analyze current financial workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose ERP-driven solutions.

·   Collaborate with Project Control Departments to streamline budgeting, reporting and cash management.

Reporting & Compliance:

·   Develop automated reporting structures for management and regulatory purposes.

·   Ensure compliance with local tax, VAT, and social security requirements in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications & Skills

·   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

·   Proven experience with ERP Finance modules (experience with construction/engineering projects is a plus).

·   Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and Middle East (preferably KSA) financial regulations.

·   Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

·   Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Turkish is a plus).

·   Open to international candidates from India, the Philippines, and other regions with relevant experience.

1. Project Delivery Support
   • Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of SAP Ariba modules under supervision.

• Architect and optimize S/4HANA on HANA (scale-up/scale-out, table partitioning, compression, workload management).
• Develop HANA data models: Calculation Views (graphical/SQL), CDS Views, AMDP/SQLScript; tune joins, hints, plan cache.
• ABAP for HANA: Open SQL optimization, CDS-based OData/RAP services; expose Fiori apps for FI/CO, HCM, MM, RE-FX.
