Role & ResponsibilitiesLeads the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programs, integrating strategic delivery management, program architecture governance, and client value realization. Accountable for defining delivery frameworks, managing multi-workstream execution, and ensuring solution integrity across the SAP landscape.
- Provide leadership and strategic oversight for multi-country, multi-phase SAP transformation programs.
- Define and enforce delivery methodologies, governance structures, and quality assurance mechanisms.
- Lead the integrated program architecture covering business, data, application, and technology domains.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, executive steering, and benefits realization tracking.
- Manage risk, compliance, and change control processes across delivery towers.
- Mentor program managers, solution architects, and functional leads.
- Represent the delivery organization in executive steering committees.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Required technical and professional expertise:
- 15+ years of SAP delivery experience, including leadership of full lifecycle programs.
- Proven track record managing budgets >$50M and multi-stream, multi-vendor delivery landscapes.
- Deep understanding of delivery governance, PMO setup, and program controls.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management in CXO environments.
- Experience in operating under hybrid (Agile–Waterfall) methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration, and deployment options.
- Strong understanding of SAP Solution Manager, Activate methodology, and project tools (e.g., JIRA, Signavio).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (RISE with SAP, Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Awareness of SAP BTP, integration suite, and extensibility models.
- Experience in managing shared services or centralized CoEs for SAP delivery.
- Background in regulated industries (Oil & Gas, Public Sector, Utilities, Manufacturing).
- PMP or PgMP certification.
- Understanding of emerging SAP technologies (AI, analytics, sustainability, automation).
- Hands‑on exposure to Group Reporting, CFIN, or SAP Analytics Cloud program landscapes.
