We’re looking for a Team Lead within our Environmental Health and Safety Function. The role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing Company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System. You will be fully responsible for implementing safe systems of work and safe behavioural practices at all levels of the organization.

What you’ll do:
- Monitor and improve Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) performance ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with project, location, and service managers to enforce Aggreko’s HSE policies and management system.
- Conduct thorough investigations of HSE incidents and collaborate with local management and QHSE Officer (KSA) to implement corrective actions.
- Manage HSE requirements with suppliers and service providers alongside the QHSE Officer (KSA).
- Deliver internal HSE inductions for staff and subcontractors, and assist in preparing Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Pre-Qualification questionnaires for customers.
- Support audits, inspections, and customer site visits; oversee vehicle tracker and dashcam installation, removal, and data downloads as needed.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum three years of experience in related field.
- Qualified in either NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma is required.
- Possession of valid local Driving License as per the need of the business.
- Availability to travel frequently as and when required within KSA.
- Has knowledge or experience in mechanical or electrical fields or both is desired.
- Fluent command of English language is an advantage.
