Responsibilities
Engage with prospects to kick-off the sales cycle, in order to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Use all available channels to identify and contact key decision-makers within the Lean target list of companies.
Research customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects and qualify buying interest and sense of urgency.
Meet and exceed monthly activity KPIs as well as deliver a high quantity of well-qualified sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain reports on prospecting activities, lead quality, and sales pipeline metrics. This includes preparing reports for weekly sales meetings.
Develop subject matter expertise on Lean products to consult prospects on the value we bring to our clients.
What we're looking for
A keen networker who loves building relationships, and who feels comfortable speaking with C-Level stakeholders
English & Arabic language skills
Experience in a customer-facing role is required (sales, support, customer service).
Experience with CRM tools and passion to set up and improve new workflows to increase efficiency.

About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and facilitating the sales process.
What You'll Do
- Initiate contact with potential customers through various channels, including cold-calling, email outreach, and responding to inquiries generated from advertisements or website forms.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs, qualify their interests, and determine their viability as potential clients.
- Utilise customer relationship management (CRM) software effectively to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of the offerings tailored to their specific needs.
- Guide potential customers through the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team and facilitating in-person meetings, virtual calls, or email correspondence as needed.
- Actively participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to build a strong professional network, generate leads, and promote the company's products or services.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to align strategies, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation.
- A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years in sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Familiarity with the SaaS industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points.
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills to address customer concerns and close deals successfully.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, demonstrating trustworthiness and credibility.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field, continuously seeking professional development opportunities.
- Good time management and analytical skills to prioritize tasks, manage a sales pipeline, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software, email platforms, and other sales-related tools.
- Must be Humble, Excellent, Relevant with a high sense of Ownership.
