+ Govern dealer execution of the programs that increase sales and improve customer experience. 
+ Advising on marketing and sales initiatives and dealer/customer related strategies, systems and processes. 
+ Responding to inquiries and resolving problems regarding business plan execution, operational improvement and achievement of targets. 
+ Advising on existing and potential customer experiences issues and improvement measures 
+ Consult with dealers on ways to improve marketing and sales capabilities, supporting the overall business development process.

+ University degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or equivalent experience. 
+ 5+ years' experience in Marketing, Sales or Strategy roles, involving dealer and/or customer facing interactions.
+ Fluent in English and Arabic
+ Global Perspective: Proven experience working on international projects, with an understanding of diverse markets, cultural nuances, and global business operations to drive success in worldwide go-to-market strategies.
+ Expertise in CRM systems and Sales Funnel Management with a proven record in driving customers engagement and track lead performance, using platforms like Salesforce or other
+ Strong experience in account management and strategic account planning
+ Analytical mindset: comfortable diving into data, spotting trends and turning insights into action

In this role, you will be the flagbearer for the development, exploitation, and maximization of business within your assigned region. You will sell the entire Digital Industries (DI) Products, Digital Enterprise, Systems & Services Portfolio through Sales Channel / EPCs / OEMs / Panel Builders & End-Customers in Saudi Arabia. You will represent Siemens in all sales and strategic activities and act as an interface between the End Customer/Consultant/EPC/Channel Partner and the internal Siemens organization.

  • Maximize market exploitation in Saudi Arabia for the complete Digital Industries portfolio across all assigned verticals.
  • Develop relationships with End clients, Consultants, Developers, Contractors for maximum market coverage.
  • Maintain and identify new potential accounts, prepare customer development plans (CDPs), and coordinate with Business Units. Implement and track development during regular review meetings.
  • Prepare Annual Sales Plans (Business Target Agreements) and ensure profitable business growth from key Accounts, Panel Builders, OEMs, and EPCs. Hold regular review meetings to discuss performance including Order Intake, Sales, Opportunity pipeline, and Key goals.
  • Support Bottom-Up Business Planning, Market Transparency, and Sales Growth within assigned Sales Accounts or Channels.
  • Establish and maintain opportunity pipelines in SieSales and coordinate with Business Units and other sales channels to maximize success rate.
  • Develop and maintain application knowledge for the Systems and position Siemens as a preferred supplier for all customers.
  • Actively promote Customer Service portfolio elements and Digital Enterprise portfolio elements to maximize lifecycle business and support industry 4.0 transformation.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes in methods and procedures to optimize workflow and maximize sales.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!
  • Engineering Degree, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Instrumentation & Control.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the region with a similar portfolio (DCS/SCADA/PLC/Drives & Motors/Process Instrumentation, Industrial Networking Solutions, Industry 4.0 ecosystem).
  • Fluency in Arabic & English is required.
  • Saudi Nationals are preferred.

  • Language skills: Fluency in Arabic & English is a must.
