We are hiring Sales Operations Analysts to join a team of experts who help Canonical sales teams achieve their business goals. The Sales Operations team drives continuous process and data quality improvement to ensure orders are processed correctly. The successful candidate will be a leader who shows initiative in improving the way the team works, maintaining compliance and associated governance.

The success of the role is measured against increasing the velocity of deals and the quality of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data used to drive key business decisions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver and team player who is passionate about the opportunity to partner with sales leadership, is also passionate about our role in the technology industry bringing open source to a wider audience of innovators and enterprises, and will design and drive programs in support of Canonical's continued success.

Location: These roles will be based remotely in the EMEA and Americas regions.

The role entails

  • Support all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the sales function globally
  • Review opportunities for accuracy and provision orders on successful closure of a deal
  • Support the Sales Operations Manager to improve sales data quality and processes
  • Report on data quality metrics to executive level stakeholders
  • Implement surveys and define metrics for executive level stakeholders
  • Support the sales team globally on CRM and other sales operations systems
  • Deliver sales metrics, dashboards and other ad-hoc analytical tasks
  • Lead automation and streamline the Lead to Order process

What we are looking for in you

  • An exceptional academic track record from high school and university
  • Experience in a sales operations/sales order processing role
  • Experience in a technology subscription-based business
  • Experience driving data quality improvement
  • Energetic, thoughtful, systematic approach, focused on robust, repeatable and scalable outcomes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work productively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization on a global scale
  • Ability to manage across boundaries and communicate effectively, particularly working with Sales, Legal, Finance and Marketing teams
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Ability to travel internationally twice a year, for company events up to two weeks long

Description and Requirements

We are in the process of recruiting a Sales OperationsManager to join our client team in Riyadh .

Job Summary
The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal
role in driving revenue growth and market expansion through the development and
implementation of effective sales strategies. This position involves leading
the sales team, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering strong customer
relationships. The Sales Ops Manager oversees operational functions, ensures
compliance with quality standards, and manages inventory to optimize product
availability.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales
    strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead the sales team: training,
    guidance, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor weekly sales performance and
    analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Build strong relationships with
    current customers and attract new clients.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and
    forecasts to senior management.
  • Analyze markets, competitive products,
    and identify business opportunities.
  • Supervise branch operations and ensure
    excellent customer service.
  • Develop
    and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and food quality
    standards

  • Analyze operational performance
    reports and make corrective decisions to improve efficiency.

    programs for the team to achieve goals.
  • Manage electronic sales channels and
    ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Use electronic platforms to manage
    customers, contracts, and content.
  • Analyze user behavior and digital data
    to improve online sales.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information and
    data on the website.
  • Conduct continuous market research to
    keep up with e-commerce trends.
  • Lead operations and sales teams and
    motivate them to achieve the desired performance.
  • Build a motivating work environment
    that supports productivity and job stability.
  • Manage operational budgets and control
    costs to achieve profitability.
  • Maintain continuous communication with
    senior management to provide strategic reports and recommendations.
  • Contribute to making crucial decisions
    to address challenges and issues.
  • Perform
    any other tasks assigned by senior management in the interest of the business.

Requirements

· At least 5 years of experience in
operations and sales management, with a minimum of 2 years in the food,
confectionery, or hospitality sector.


· Deep knowledge of the chocolate
and cake market, with a preference for having a network of relationships in
this field.


· Strong analytical and
organizational skills, with the ability to make data-driven strategic
decisions.


· Proficiency in using sales and
operations management software (such as ERP, POS, etc.).


· Excellent communication and leadership skills,
with a proven ability to manage and guide multiple teams.

إدارة وتنسيق كافة العمليات الداعمة للمنظومة البيعية للمشاريع السكنية بنظام البيع على الخارطة، وضمان تكاملها مع مراحل الإنشاء وأنظمة CRM، مما يعزز تجربة العميل ويحقق التناسق بين المبيعات، التحصيل، والتسليم.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية | Key Responsibilities :

  • التنسيق التشغيلي الكامل بين إدارات المبيعات، المشاريع، التحصيل، وخدمة العملاء لضمان تكامل العمليات.
  • إعداد وتحديث قواعد بيانات المشروع (الوحدات، المواصفات، الأسعار، الزونات) ورفعها على الأنظمة الداخلية والخارجية.
  • إدارة تشغيل نظام CRM وضمان تدفق المعلومات بسلاسة بين الفرق البيعية وخدمة العملاء.
  • متابعة توثيق العقود وتوفير التصاريح المطلوبة وفق متطلبات الجهات الرقابية مثل "وافي".
  • تنسيق مواعيد الإطلاق البيعي وفق جاهزية الرخص والمراحل الإنشائية.
  • مراجعة الملفات البيعية قبل إرسالها للتمويل أو التوثيق للتأكد من صحتها واكتمالها.
  • مراقبة خطة التحصيل بناءً على مراحل التنفيذ والجدول الزمني.
  • تقديم الدعم التشغيلي والتدريبي لفرق المبيعات بشأن الأنظمة والآليات.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية توضح مؤشرات الأداء، الإنجاز، والتحديات.

We are hiring Sales Operations Analysts to join a team that helps Canonical sales teams achieve their business goals. The Sales Operations team focuses on process and data quality improvements to ensure accurate order processing. The successful candidate will be proactive in improving team workflows, maintaining compliance, and supporting governance.

The role's success is measured by increased deal velocity and the quality of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data used for business decisions. Location: These roles are remote in the EMEA and Americas regions.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day sales operations globally

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate and prepare regular sales reports in Excel .
  • Update Customer Master Data as needed.
  • Maintain and update inventory of handheld equipment for all locations covered in full KSA.
  • Serve as a key contact for the sales team, providing technical support for devices and troubleshooting issues in the market.
  • Follow up with suppliers for maintenance of handheld devices and printers.
  • Coordinate shipments to the sales team, managing orders and ensuring timely deliveries through logistics providers such as DHL.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel .
  • Good command of English.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Computer skills, including the ability to use sales team software.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
