Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and promote our range of plastic and polymer products. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the plastics or chemical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plastics and polymers market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable plastic and polymer solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve sales targets and report regularly on pipeline and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of sales experience in plastics, polymers, or chemicals.
- Strong technical understanding of plastic and polymer applications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
