The Role

As Sales Performance & Support Coordinator, you will serve as the Opera Sales & Events System Key Operator, ensuring flawless data management, system efficiency, and administrative coordination. Your role bridges technical expertise and operational support, empowering the Sales team to focus on strategic client development while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and brand standards.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Red Sea Global Hospitality employees continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As Sales Performance & Support Coordinator, you will need to:

  • Act as system Key Operator; ensure 100% compliance with data entry protocols and audit-ready customer databases.
  • Conduct weekly account/booking audits, resolving discrepancies within 24 hours.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports (e.g., pipeline analysis, conversion rates) to guide sales strategies.
  • Training & Support:
  • Train sales teams on Opera Sales & Events, achieving 95% competency in system usage.
  • Collaborate with software vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement updates.

2. Administrative Excellence & Operational Support

  • Workflow Coordination :
  • Manage purchase orders, supply inventory, and departmental expenses, reducing procurement delays by 20%.
  • Organize travel, meetings, and webinars for the Sales team, ensuring 100% logistical accuracy.
  • Client & Internal Communication :
  • Draft proposals, contracts, and correspondence with 0% error rate in grammar/brand alignment.
  • Provide phone/email coverage, maintaining a 90%+ satisfaction score in responsiveness.
  • Analytical Support:
  • Analyze booking trends and customer data to identify upsell opportunities, contributing to a 10% YOY revenue lift.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Align sales practices with brand standards and regional regulations, passing 100% of internal audits.

Key Qualifications

Education and Experience :

  • College/University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2+ years in sales support, data management, or administrative roles (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Certification in Opera Sales & Events or similar CRM systems is a plus.

Core Competencies / Technical & Soft Skills :

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Opera Sales & Events, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting software and CRM analytics.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations / Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This pivotal role will be instrumental in optimizing our sales processes, driving efficiency, and ultimately accelerating revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales operations, data analysis, and a proven track record of implementing scalable solutions within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize scalable sales processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and conversion rates.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights into sales performance and revenue trends.

CRM Administration: Manage and optimize our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy, support sales activities, and facilitate reporting.

Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management strategies.

Sales Enablement: Identify and implement tools, technologies, and training programs to enhance sales team effectiveness.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across the revenue operations lifecycle.

Territory and Quota Planning: Assist in the design and implementation of sales territories and quota assignments.

Commission Management: Support the administration of sales commission plans.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical role, MUST HAVE experience with a SaaS company.

Proven experience working with micro-retail businesses or a strong understanding of their unique operational challenges.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Expertise in CRM administration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.

We are hiring Sales Operations Analysts to join a team of experts who help Canonical sales teams achieve their business goals. The Sales Operations team drives continuous process and data quality improvement to ensure orders are processed correctly. The successful candidate will be a leader who shows initiative in improving the way the team works, maintaining compliance and associated governance.

The success of the role is measured against increasing the velocity of deals and the quality of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data used to drive key business decisions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver and team player who is passionate about the opportunity to partner with sales leadership, is also passionate about our role in the technology industry bringing open source to a wider audience of innovators and enterprises, and will design and drive programs in support of Canonical's continued success.

Location: These roles will be based remotely in the EMEA and Americas regions.

The role entails

  • Support all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the sales function globally
  • Review opportunities for accuracy and provision orders on successful closure of a deal
  • Support the Sales Operations Manager to improve sales data quality and processes
  • Report on data quality metrics to executive level stakeholders
  • Implement surveys and define metrics for executive level stakeholders
  • Support the sales team globally on CRM and other sales operations systems
  • Deliver sales metrics, dashboards and other ad-hoc analytical tasks
  • Lead automation and streamline the Lead to Order process

What we are looking for in you

  • An exceptional academic track record from high school and university
  • Experience in a sales operations/sales order processing role
  • Experience in a technology subscription-based business
  • Experience driving data quality improvement
  • Energetic, thoughtful, systematic approach, focused on robust, repeatable and scalable outcomes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work productively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization on a global scale
  • Ability to manage across boundaries and communicate effectively, particularly working with Sales, Legal, Finance and Marketing teams
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Ability to travel internationally twice a year, for company events up to two weeks long
