Overview
Mitel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Channel Account Manager
(CAM) to drive revenue growth and partner engagement across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The CAM will be responsible for developing and managing key relationships with Mitel's value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs), and managed service providers (MSPs) in the region. The ideal candidate understands the local telecom and unified communications (UC) market, has strong channel expertise, and can support partners in navigating both Mitel's on-premise solutions portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Engagement - Identify, Onboard and enable new Channel partner in alignment with Mitel's growth strategy in KSA
- Manage and Grow existing channel base and increase market penetration
- Sales Execution - Own the Channel sales Quote for allocated partners and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners
- Drive deal registratio, pipeline development and forecast accuracy
- Partner enablement - Ensure partners are trained and certified on Mitel Solutions.

- Deep understanding of channel dynamics in KSA and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
- Proven track record of building and scaling channel ecosystems in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of unified communications, cloud voice, collaboration, and contact center solutions.
- Knowledge of public sector, education, oil & gas, and enterprise verticals in KSA is highly desirable.
