As a Sales Associate, you are expected to drive sales in the most efficient way. Your job duties will be to sell products and services offered by the company. You are responsible to assist the customers in providing accurate product knowledge and answering their questions as needed.
You should be able to handle customer complaints in a professional manner. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer satisfaction as well as an exceptional customer experience. Maintaining and updating the cash register on a daily basis is a mandatory task for this position.

Our team in the Middle East are primarily focused on construction-related testing and instrumentation. The company is involved with on-site measurement and testing during foundation works, all the way through to life cycle structural monitoring systems, for buildings, bridges, tunnels, ports and railways.
The Role
We are seeking an inspiring, self-motivated and experienced business development executive to help manage the growth our business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from our new KSA entity.
Develop our network of customers and partners within the construction and engineering sector within Saudi Arabia and manage their own pipeline and client relationships.
Identify and deliver long-term strategic client and channel relationships for our business. Undertake strategic customer visits to bring on new customers as well as developing existing relationships, developing and managing the network and proactively identifying opportunities by following projects.
Take responsibility for developing technical proposals, quoting at profitable levels and following up once quoted, taking projects through to go-live phase and working closely with our Delivery team to ensure smooth execution.
This role would require extensive previous Middle East Experience . Applicants out with Saudi Arabia that are looking to relocate will be considered. Role will be office based in KSA with occasional travel to Dubai along with attending potential new clients’ offices will be required.
Principle Accountabilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and present proposals and pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Support the development and implementation of business development strategies.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
Qualifications and Experience
- Engineering degree or equivalent would be desirable but not essential
- Extensive experience of working within an infrastructure or civils sector
- Proven experience working with large main contractors in KSA
- Proven GCC and more desirable KSA experience
- High level market knowledge of KSA growth and mega projects.
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Arabic would be desirable but not essential
- Attention to detail
- Willing to learn and develop knowledge and skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
