**GLOBAL ENABLEMENT TEAM (GET)**
GET Enablement is an instrumental function in developing key skills in the field to provide exceptional experiences and value to our customers. GET equips sellers with relevant programs, training, resources, and tools to provide best-in-class digital transformation in the market. We help sellers develop skills, knowledge, and high-performing habits that help our customers achieve success faster, smarter, and more effectively.
The Enablement Business Partner (Sales EBP) plays a critical role in developing key sales skills and competencies for our sellers and field representatives. The Sales EBP is the trusted partner to sales managers and sellers. They are responsible for providing tools, resources, skills, and knowledge necessary to improve overall effectiveness, efficiency and demonstrate differentiated value to our customers. They will also be on point to drive, support, and execute numerous regional and global enablement efforts.
The role is instrumental in developing skills to speak our customers’ language, articulate their unique business processes and recognize buyers/personas. The role also helps our sellers maintain relevancy at every single touchpoint in the end-to-end sales engagement lifecycle. The role is responsible for collaborating across cross-functional departments in the Americas to deliver cohesive enablement programs at the right time. The Sales EBP designs and applies leading learning principles on enablement programs to accelerate comprehension and demonstration of new sales skills in the field.
**What you get to do in this role**:
- #1 Be the trusted enablement business partner to of sales leaders and sellers in the field.
- Proactively engage with your Stakeholders to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute a quarterly enablement plan; create and maintain a local training calendar.
- Identify gaps in knowledge and processes and work with necessary Managers and Directors to ensure rapid deployment of training and tools needed to address.
- Provide sellers with relevant knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve sales objectives/priorities.
- Advocate for the sellers/learners and global enablement programs
- Represent enablement in sales meetings/calls (QBRs, All-Hands, etc.)
- Drive awareness of global and regional enablement programs
- Drive feedback into global enablement programs
- Run effective enablement research and discovery.
- Leverage global knowledge assets to construct, deliver or facilitate enablement solution for regional specific sales enablement needs.
- Reduce the noise in the field and provide clarity to relevant enablement that drives sales priorities/strategies.
- Manage and communicate enablement portfolio including, launches, updates, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enablement priorities.
- Run effective enablement prioritization with stakeholders.
- Build content and facilitate deliveries as appropriate.
- Participate in the creation and delivery of enablement activities including Sales Kickoff and other enablement events.
- Coach at the Manager level
- Leverage assets from global programs to drive knowledge acquisition and skills development.
- Be maniacal about metrics and impact.

**Qualifications**

Portfolio Sales Enablement Manager for Fire Safety for the Middle East territory, you will support the Portfolio Sales Enablement (PSE) Head by focusing specifically on advancing the sales enablement activities related to Siemens' fire safety portfolio within the regional company. Your efforts will enhance market reach and improve customer satisfaction in line with Siemens' business strategy and growth goals.
- Define and execute rollout strategies for the fire safety portfolio, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.
- Define and execute management plan/ actions for the entire lifecycle of fire safety products, solutions, and services.
- Position the fire safety offerings regionally to optimize market penetration.
- Coordinate local rollouts of fire safety products with internal teams, HQ and solution partners.
- Serve as the liaison between local operations and HQ Technical Units for swift implementation.
- Coordinate regional resources efficiently for local / regional product management of fire safety solutions & Products.
- Initiate and execute training programs for both internal teams and external stakeholders, emphasizing fire safety knowledge and insights.
- Localize sales enablement materials and technical documentation to comply with local standards.
- Continuously monitor local market dynamics, including competitor activities, regulatory requirements, and portfolio gaps.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
- Mechanical / Electrical or electronic engineering, master’s degree (MBA is preferred)
- Experience in Fire safety -industry for a manufacturer or channel partner in a PM /business development role (7-10 years)
- Experience in Fire detection Products / Systems.
- Experience in Clean Agent fire extinguishing systems.
- Experience in Global fire safety codes and regulations such as UL, VDS, EN54,…
- Knowledge of Local / regional regulations such as Saudi civil Defence regulations
- Knowledge in Saudi Fire safety market dynamics and requirements.
- Strong understanding of regional and global market trends and regulatory requirements related to fire safety.
- Proven track record of driving growth and innovation in a technical sales setting, preferably: for Siemens Fire extinguishing and / Or fire detection systems
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Extensive experience in fire detection / safety or related fields.

We are partnering with a global luxury wellness company on an exciting opportunity to join their expanding team in Riyadh as a Sales Excellence & Training Manager .
Salary: SAR 28,000-34,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus + medical + visa
This strategic role is focused on transforming sales processes , enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales organisation. After an intensive onboarding at the company’s European HQ, you’ll be instrumental in deploying international standards, delivering impactful training, and driving performance improvements locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the Country MD and Sales Leaders
- Implement and embed the global sales process across the local team
- Lead and deliver sales training and coaching programs
- Analyse sales performance, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for improvement
- Roll out and manage CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Drive commercial excellence through data-driven insights and field support
- Shadow and coach Field Sales and Telesales teams for continued development
- Promote the adoption of financial solutions in the sales process
- Coordinate regular business reviews with HQ and global teams
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years’ experience in a commercial, sales operations or consulting role
- Previous experience in a multinational organisation is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
- Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach
- Passion for health, wellness or fitness is a must
- Fluency in English and Arabic required
- Energetic, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset
