Job Description:

• Lead Generation and Qualification:

o Identify and research potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, industry databases, and social media platforms.

o Engage with prospects via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media to introduce ERP solutions.

o Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and keep them informed.

o Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with qualified prospects for the sales team.

o Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and proper communication.

o Update and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions and maintain accurate lead data.

o Analyze lead generation metrics to refine and improve prospecting strategies.

• Market and Product Knowledge:

o Stay up-to-date on ERP industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ offerings.

o Develop expertise in the company’s ERP solutions and their value propositions.

• Performance Metrics and Reporting:

o Monitor and track KPIs such as leads generated, conversion rates, and appointments set.

o Provide regular updates and reports to management on lead generation activities and results.

Specifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role (preferably in ERP or software solutions).

• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
