About Your Role
As a Junior Consultant, you will be part of our dynamic consulting team in KSA, contributing to digital transformation projects. Your role involves collaborating with senior consultants, analysing data, and implementing AI-driven solutions.
You.
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
- Assist senior consultants in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Apply your knowledge of AI concepts (machine learning, natural language processing, etc.) to project tasks.
- Gather requirements, conduct research, and contribute to project deliverables.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Manager your key role will be to lead large transformational client engagements as well as internal projects. Drawing on your knowledge, skills and experience, you will establish valued relationships with external clients at the ''C'' level. You will lead large global and regional bids, proposals and thought leadership. You will lead teams at our clients, supporting them with improving their business performance. You will be responsible for presenting executive summary findings to enact change. You will manage multiple EY colleagues across levels and client team members. You will review other's work to ensure it is of a high quality. You will mentor others as they progress in their own career.
Skills And Attributes For Success
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Strong experience and track record of leading successful procurement transformations in industry or consulting
- Experience of managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members
- 5+ years' experience at a tier 1 consultancy
- Outstanding academic record to at least Batchelor degree level
- Experience and passion for one of Digital solutions and trends, operating model development, third-party spend management, ESG, or leading supply chain solutions
- Excellent communications skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial flare and the ability to identify business opportunities and cross sell different services and/or products
- Arabic speaking and reading an advantage but not essential

Description:
To lead the analysis and management of Business Enablement Applications, including ERP and Non-ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with operational business analysts on process changes and impacts. This role is responsible for managing the services delivered to the business under the Applications Tracks, overseeing service quality, documenting processes and progress, identifying, and registering risks, and managing financials and contracts related to licenses and technical resources. The Sr. Specialist will also support strategic planning and execution of application services to meet evolving business needs.

- Oversee and ensure the quality and continuity of ERP and Non-ERP application services.
- Manage contracts related to the services provided under ERP and Non-ERP application tracks, including vendor coordination and compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with engineering, geology, and operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system or process enhancements.
- Develop business cases for operational improvements, cost optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support implementation of ERP systems, process mining tools, and automation technologies.
- Monitor KPIs across mining projects and generate actionable insights for leadership.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and sustainability goals.
