Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Process Coordination

  • Support the sales team in preparing and tracking proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

4. Cross-Functional Support

  • Support procurement in validating BOQs and vendor pricing.

5. Customer and Partner Relationship

  • Maintain communication with key clients and partners to ensure service quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or inside sales within an IT systems integrator or software solutions company.

Technical Skills:

  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software licensing, cloud solutions, and managed services.
  • Proficient in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint, Word skills for reporting and presentations.

Soft Skills:

  • Proposal Coordination: Coordinate the preparation of sales proposals and bids. Gather inputs from various stakeholders, compile proposal documents, and make sure proposals are professionally formatted and submitted by deadlines
  • CRM Management: Maintain and monitor the CRM system (e.g. HubSpot) for data hygiene and accuracy. Update leads, opportunities, and client information regularly, and ensure that the sales pipeline status is always up-to-date. Generate basic reports or summaries from the CRM to support sales meetings and decision-making

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, project coordination, or sales administration (mid-level roles). Experience in a B2B technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity environment is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to draft emails, reports, and documents in both languages
