Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Process Coordination

5. Customer and Partner Relationship

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:

Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software licensing, cloud solutions, and managed services.
- Proficient in CRM and ERP systems.

- Proposal Coordination: Coordinate the preparation of sales proposals and bids. Gather inputs from various stakeholders, compile proposal documents, and make sure proposals are professionally formatted and submitted by deadlines
- CRM Management: Maintain and monitor the CRM system (e.g. HubSpot) for data hygiene and accuracy. Update leads, opportunities, and client information regularly, and ensure that the sales pipeline status is always up-to-date.
