As a Sales Analyst , you will be an integral part of our Sales Support Department, providing crucial administrative and operational assistance to the sales team. Your responsibilities will span multiple key areas, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of sales processes from deal inception to final analysis.
Responsibilities- Deal and Order Management: Manage the entire deal and order lifecycle, including receiving, calculating, and securing necessary approvals for deals. You will also handle order inputs, process approvals, and provide timely feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Profitability and Product Management: Analyze the profitability of products and oversee the enlisting of new products by receiving data and obtaining the required approvals.

Sales Performance Analyst
is one of the vital roles within Sales Management. Acting as a liaison between senior management and the sales team, the analyst translates the company's vision and objectives into practical, actionable guidance for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze sales performance data and monthly achievement indicators (sales, conversion rates, target attainment).
- Contribute to raising organizational awareness within the sales team regarding market trends and competitors.
- Monitor the implementation of development plans and ensure their impact is reflected in sales results.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to unify knowledge and clarify informational materials about projects.
- Study and identify performance gaps and develop tailored improvement plans for individuals and teams.
- Increase sales employees' awareness of the company's current projects, explaining their objectives and added value to customers to ensure effective representation and sales capability with a high level of understanding.
- Conduct training sessions with sales employees to enhance their skills and develop effective sales techniques.
- Design and implement detailed training or orientation programs for employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales or performance analysis.
- Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of sales performance indicators (Sales KPIs, Conversion Rates, Sales Funnel).
- Experience in gap analysis, team capability assessment, and developing practical improvement solutions.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of market practices, competitors, and modern sales techniques.
- Strategic ability to connect sales performance to overall business goals.

Role Purpose:
To support the General Sales & Distribution Manager by administering and maintaining an accurate data base, besides providing daily, weekly, and monthly Sales Reports and managing the Ordering cycle in line with the weekly and monthly target phasing to ensure compliance with the company Annual Business Plan
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide daily Sales and Distribution reports to identify the daily performance of the Distributors'' teams
- Liaise with Distributors' Sales Coordinators and ASD Finance and Supply Chain to ensure the order execution and the delivery cycle
- Coordinate Weekly Plans with the Unit
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

We are hiring Associate Sales Operations Analysts to support a team of experts who help Canonical sales teams achieve their business goals. The Sales Operations team drives continuous process and data quality improvement to ensure orders are processed correctly. The successful candidate will be collaborative and demonstrate initiative in improving the way the team works, maintaining compliance and associated governance.
The success of the role is measured against increasing the velocity of deals and the quality of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data used to drive key business decisions. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented problem solver and team player who is passionate about the opportunity to partner with sales teams, is also passionate about our role in the technology industry bringing open source to a wider audience of innovators and enterprises, and will support the delivery of programs to enable Canonical's continued success.
Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.
The role entails:
- Support all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the sales function globally
- Check opportunities for accuracy and provision orders on successful closure of a deal
- Support the Sales Operations Analysts and Manager to report on and improve sales data quality and processes
- Support the sales team globally on CRM and other sales operations systems
- Deliver sales metrics, dashboards and other ad-hoc analytical tasks
- Assist the team with automation and streamlining of the Lead to Order process
- An exceptional academic track record from high school and university
- Experience working in an entry-level role in sales operations or related (e.g. financial analysis, sales analysis or sales order processing), preferably in the technology industry
- Energetic, thoughtful, systematic approach, focused on robust, repeatable and scalable outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work productively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization on a global scale
- Ability to work across team boundaries and communicate effectively
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year, for company events up to two weeks long
