to join our
Used Finance Cars Department
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping customers find the right pre-owned vehicle while guiding them through financing options and closing sales. This role is performance-based and requires excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and an understanding of automotive financing.
*Key Responsibilities: *
- Assist customers in selecting suitable used vehicles based on their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
- Present financing options clearly and accurately, in collaboration with our financing partners.
- Handle incoming leads via digital platforms, phone calls, and in-person visits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong customer pipeline using CRM tools.
- Prepare quotations, process financing documentation, and ensure smooth vehicle handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Delivery, and After-Sales.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, financing plans, and industry trends
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in used or finance cars.
- Basic understanding of vehicle financing and leasing terms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Role Overview
The Sales Agent (KSA) will drive market penetration, revenue generation, and client relationship management for MENA Speakers in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on Riyadh and the wider KSA market. This role requires strong knowledge of the sales cycle, corporate client engagement, and proposal management. A key requirement is achieving the monthly profit target (after speaker payments and event-related expenses). Commission payouts are directly tied to profit achievement and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Knowledge & Alignment: Understand the full sales cycle and organizational services.
2. Market Penetration (KSA Focus): Research KSA market trends and secure new business opportunities, Align with the regional sales team for outreach initiatives.
3. Client & Speaker Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing KSA clients and speakers. Monitor and report on client/speaker portfolio health.
4. Client Outreach & Lead Generation
5. Proposals & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate pipeline updates and sales forecasts in CRM.
6. Sales Performance: Close a minimum of 5 deals per month or achieve quarterly revenue target, Deliver a monthly net profit as per actual targets set by management.
7. Networking & Events: Attend all company-booked KSA events.
8. Collections & Payment Follow-up: Ensure 100% client payments are collected on time.
9. Speaker Acquisition & Engagement: Identify and approach new KSA/regional speakers per quarter.Maintain active engagement with onboarded speakers.

11. Professional Conduct & Team Collaboration: Support sales, marketing, and operations teams with alignment and administrative tasks.
Compensation Structure
- Base Salary: Fixed monthly salary.
- Commission: Paid based on achievement of profit targets and deal closures.
- Full commission applies when monthly profit target is met or exceeded.
- Scaled commission applies for performance below target (to be defined by management).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the events or talent management industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in events management.
- Strong understanding of the speakers bureau industry, event landscape, and corporate market in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver on targets.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems or sales tools to manage leads, contacts, and sales pipeline.

Conditions About This Job
- You must be fluent in Arabic and English. Any other language will be an added advantage.
- You must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- You may also be required to manage client requirements outside Riyadh or across the KSA region, including event support on weekends if required.
- You will be required to source and connect with clients (in-person or virtually).
- You will be responsible for exploring and closing revenue opportunities to meet assigned targets.
- You will be networking at events and sourcing collaborative opportunities to strengthen brand presence in KSA.
