- 2-3 years’ experience within the sales field with at least one year in the Luxury Brand retail sector, watch sector will be a plus.

- Most importantly, good attention to detail.
- Provide excellent service to customers.
- Dealing with all customer questions about the products and services the company offers accurately.
- Handling customers' queries, concerns, or complaints.
- Assisting in the opening and closing of the boutique.
- Ensure stocks are replenished and organized in a proper location according to the company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all company rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Keep cleanliness and orderliness in the boutique at all times and ensure routine housekeeping procedures are met.
- Conduct a physical count of inventory as required, to ensure that the stock data matches the inventory.

The job holder will work on a shifting schedule (1 shift or 2 shifts) in the assigned Boutique. Working at night, on weekends, and on holidays may be necessary, also depending on the work requirement he/she may need to work in other boutiques in the same city or in any other area inside Saudi.

The Boutique Manager is the communication point with other departments

Providing solutions and recommendations, if applicable.

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month

About The Role
