Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day operations, including quote generation, order processing, and customer follow-up
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management
  • Aid with sign contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Operations Manager based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh focus, with Jeddah coverage) to build local relationships, drive new business, and manage face-to-face engagements with leading event companies and agencies. This is a full-time role designed for a self-motivated, energetic sales professional who thrives in a dynamic and creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent NXT Interactive in Saudi Arabia as a front-facing business development and operations lead.

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the events ecosystem.
  • Work closely with the international team to support proposals, pitch presentations, and project coordination.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the operations team for delivery.
  • Provide monthly progress reports on meetings, leads, and conversions.

KPIs & Targets

  • Minimum 10 face-to-face client meetings per month.
  • Expected business generation: Minimum SAR 200,000 within 6 months.
  • Build a sustainable sales pipeline for NXT Interactive in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

  • Language: Must speak Arabic & English fluently.
  • Experience: Prior sales experience in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or technology solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong network in Riyadh and/or Jeddah with event companies is a plus.
  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Full-time commitment for the duration of the contract.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: SAR 3,500/month (retainer).
  • Sales Commission: 5% on confirmed project sales.
