  • Maintain HSE registers, statistics and lessons-learned database; prepare weekly, monthly and completion HSE reports.
  • Complete other HSE tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certified by a recognized safety body (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) or holding a safety certificate issued by the Saudi government.
  • Minimum 8 years' HSE experience in power-generation, transmission & substation, wind, thermal or PV construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
