We’re looking for a Team Lead within our Environmental Health and Safety Function. The role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing Company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System. You will be fully responsible for implementing safe systems of work and safe behavioural practices at all levels of the organization.

What you’ll do:
- Monitor and improve Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) performance ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with project, location, and service managers to enforce Aggreko’s HSE policies and management system.
- Conduct thorough investigations of HSE incidents and collaborate with local management and QHSE Officer (KSA) to implement corrective actions.
- Manage HSE requirements with suppliers and service providers alongside the QHSE Officer (KSA).
- Deliver internal HSE inductions for staff and subcontractors, and assist in preparing Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Pre-Qualification questionnaires for customers.
- Support audits, inspections, and customer site visits; oversee vehicle tracker and dashcam installation, removal, and data downloads as needed.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum three years of experience in related field.
- Qualified in either NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma is required.
- Possession of valid local Driving License as per the need of the business.
- Availability to travel frequently as and when required within KSA.
- Has knowledge or experience in mechanical or electrical fields or both is desired.
- Fluent command of English language is an advantage.

Are you a seasoned safety and security professional passionate about creating safe environments? We are seeking a Senior Manager – Safety & Security to lead safety and security for a high-profile Facilities Operations Managing Agent Project in Riyadh. This leadership role involves developing and implementing safety strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with local regulations, international standards, and organizational goals.
You will collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and authorities to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of safety excellence. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership, technical expertise, and incident management skills.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Safety & Security Leadership: Develop and oversee safety and security strategies, policies, and procedures across all operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws and international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 27001.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate safety and security risks proactively.
- Incident Management: Oversee investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain response plans for crises like fire, medical emergencies, and security threats.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies to align safety objectives.
- Training and Awareness: Provide safety and security training to employees and stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 12 years in safety/security management, with at least 7 in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of safety/security regulations and international standards.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing safety strategies.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety/security practices in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region is preferred.
- Relevant certifications are advantageous.
Desired Skills:
