- Daily Powered Industrial Tool and Trailer Dock Release inspections and communications.
- Daily Action Tracking System monitoring and support.
- Participate in site management safety walk, providing insight into unsafe acts and conditions to management.
- Provide daily updates to Country WHS Manager on objectives progress, incidents, KSR, ATS, network actions, etc.
- Prepare WHS committee meeting agenda, minutes of meeting (MOM), ATS creation.
- Daily Permit to Work review and sign-off.
- Lead on WHS-related procurement and follow-up.
- Prepare emergency response plans and manage emergency drills; prepare records.
- Establish and monitor Heat Index; provide support.
- Provide support to site-specific requests, unplanned events and activities.
- Conduct daily and weekly WHS audits (e.g., hazard waste room inspection, spill kit inspection, first aid room, etc.).
- Must have: Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or Engineering/Science bachelor degree.
- +2 years of experience in OSH field. Good communicator – English.
- Strong communication, teamwork, analysis, judgment and customer focus skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
- Experience leading and managing a team.
- Ability to analyze accident data, new processes, and machinery for potential safety concerns and conduct job hazard and job safety analyses.
- Experienced in emergency response and currently holds First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Experience in Worker’s Compensation case management.
- Analyzing and manipulating data.
- Passion for safety.
