**SUMMARY & ROLE INFORMATION**
We are looking for a Localization Product Manager to join our global expert team and contribute to the localization of our finance and accounting solutions in SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with local legal regulations in MENA countries, specifically catering to the needs of our public sector customers.
**What you will do**:
As a Localization Product Manager with a solid knowledge base in logistics, you will drive the successful implementation of large-scale public-sector SAP projects, collaborating with partners and government authorities in logistics processes, showcasing the value of adopting a fit-to-standard approach, empowering organizations to optimize their operations and achieve greater efficiency.
You will demonstrate your expertise through the entire product life cycle, from legal requirements gathering to solution implementation, enabling and guiding customers to leverage SAP S/4HANA's capabilities for enhanced financial management. You will also utilize your techno-functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, specifically SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) or other related SAP modules, facilitating modernizing public-sector systems and ultimately improving people's lives through more efficient and reliable government services. You will also thoroughly document and describe all requirements to guide future developments.
**What you bring**:
- Proven experience with SAP logistics modules (SAP MM/ SD/ SRM, etc.).
- Strong background as an implementation consultant, tax consultant, or product manager.
- SAP SRM or other SAP logistics-related modules consulting experience in at least two SAP S/4HANA public sector projects.
- Knowledge of advanced-level procurement processes and implementing SAP solutions.
- Familiarity with localized solutions in MENA's logistics sector (implementation experience is a plus).

We are looking for an accomplished SAP Ariba & S/4HANA MM expert to join our Business & Technology Integration team to contribute to the high-impact ERP Roadmap Implementation program. The client is a key player in driving innovation in business processes and digital transformation across the Kingdom.
This role is focused on the optimization and transformation of purchasing and procurement processes, leveraging SAP Ariba and S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of procurement and purchasing processes aligned with business objectives.
- Design, configure, and deploy SAP Ariba solutions integrated with S/4HANA MM/Purchasing modules, ensuring best-in-class procurement capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor during all project phases- from blueprinting to deployment- with a strong focus on the design and architecture of the SAP solution landscape.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and IT, to gather requirements and deliver robust, scalable SAP solutions.
- Manage end-to-end SAP Ariba and MM project delivery, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP consulting with strong expertise in SAP Ariba and S/4HANA MM.
- Demonstrated experience in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations, especially in design and solution architecture.
- Deep understanding of procurement and supply chain management practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Contract Management, and their integration with S/4HANA.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP deployments in complex project environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP certifications in Ariba and/or S/4HANA MM are highly desirable.

- Monitor and maintain Bosch CPI integration interfaces for data exchange between SAP and third-party systems (e.g., MES, traceability platforms, logistics providers) to ensure uninterrupted performance
- Monitor and support the Bosch CPI/CPS integration ecosystem, ensuring continuous, seamless operation between SAP, third-party partners, and other enterprise systems
- Track system performance metrics, identify risks, and resolve errors or performance anomalies using Bosch CPI/CPS dashboards and monitoring tools
- Incident Management & Troubleshooting:
- Act as the first point of contact for integration-related issues, including performance degradation, failed transactions, data mismatches, or connectivity failures
- Act as the first point of contact for integration and system performance incidents related to Bosch CPI/CPS interfaces
- Troubleshoot errors related to data mapping, transformation logic, or communication failures in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate issue escalation with third-party vendors or technical teams as needed to ensure timely resolution
- System Enhancements & Configuration:
- Collaborate with business process owners to identify requirements for system changes or enhancements and implement these changes using Bosch CPI/CPS capabilities
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of enhancements or configuration changes in Bosch CPI to meet business or compliance needs
- Participate in system change requests, testing plans, and validation cycles to ensure changes align with process requirements
- Compliance & Traceability Support:
- Ensure CPI processes support pharma compliance and traceability requirements such as serialization (DSCSA, EU FMD) and regulatory reporting
- Work closely with supply chain compliance teams to monitor integration changes that align with evolving traceability regulations
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for all interfaces, changes, incidents, and monitoring processes
- Ensure technical processes and issue resolutions are well-documented and accessible for audit and knowledge transfer purposes
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work cross-functionally with business process owners, IT teams, third-party partners, and compliance teams to resolve integration issues and implement system updates
- Liaise with third-party system providers or integration partners to address technical issues, facilitate change requests, and maintain system health
- Testing & Change Management:
- Plan and execute testing for CPI system updates, patches, and enhancements, including unit testing, regression testing, and UAT (user acceptance testing)
- Ensure changes follow established management processes to minimize risk to live operations
- Proven hands-on experience supporting Bosch CPI (Cloud Integration Platform) and Bosch CPS (Cloud Process Services) in an enterprise environment
- Expertise in middleware integration tools and methodologies, including REST, SOAP, IDOCs, APIs, JSON, XML, and other common data exchange formats
- Experience supporting cloud-based integration models and data exchange frameworks
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ATTP modules and their integration requirements
- Proven experience supporting integration projects in the pharmaceutical supply chain domain, including traceability, serialization, or compliance workflows
- Familiarity with industry traceability standards such as SFDA, and other serialization compliance initiatives
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills, with a focus on integration patterns and technical problem diagnostics
- Proficiency in testing methodologies, incident management, and monitoring techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with technical teams, third-party partners, and business stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proactive approach to identifying risks, solving problems, and suggesting improvements

Responsibilities
- Undertakes functional solution responsibilities considering SAP TRM
- Understands the business processes and business challenges by applying SAP standard processes wherever possible.
- Provides support to project manager(s) in sharing the various tasks of their solution to conclude on the project planning, deliverable specification, and effort estimations.
- Responsible for client interaction and management during all workshops, meetings, and informal contacts
- Leading or supporting workshops while ensuring all requirements are captured and compared to planned scope of work and previously specified deliverables.
- Clearly articulates the requirements and identifies the gaps by agreeing with the customer including potential additional scope.
- Supports project managers in bringing clarity on additional scope and effort estimations.
- Conducts or supports meetings, provides regular updates to customer / project team members.
- Ensures that all risks and mitigation processes within their solution are identified and documented.
- Supports and prepares all project deliverables and actively participates in the complete project life cycle documentation from their solution perspective.
- Periodically monitors and supports the progress of the activities within his solution scope and ensures to take timely actions to avoid delays.
- Supports or leads demo or proof of concept (PoC) preparations and conducts business process demonstrations to our clients.
- Undertakes or supports the required resource interviews for team identification & deployment.
- Recommends business process improvements where applicable.
- Provides solution and effort estimations for change requests.
- Overall functional accountability for his solution delivery in his project without any escalations by customers, project managers, project team members or any other stakeholder
- Ensures that the smooth success of the project is the highest priority.
- Provides support to the Management and contributes to business success by sharing all relevant information in a professional manner.
- Ensures that the ethics and the culture code of InvenioLSI are kept intact during the engagement with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Participates in peer reviews of other projects and shares feedback to the Practice Lead / Practice Head concerning problems, concerns, or any shortcomings.
- Follow-up with the respective project team members and ensure that the feedback / observations / recommendations are incorporated and monitored.
- Actively participates in all TRM practice activities.
- Supports Practice Lead / Practice Head on the strategy activities / road map definition.
- Proactively informs of project delays and seeks mitigation.
- Proactively seeks additional support within the practice on knowledge gaps.
- Participates in the various recruitment drives and actively conducts interviews to identify resources with adequate skill sets and practice knowledge.
- Being a role model, mentor, and guide for the consultants in his team
- Design and develop new TRM solutions to widen our product catalogue.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more SAP modules.
- At least two full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
- Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology.
- Ability to lead workstream activities on a project.
- Understanding of integration between modules.
- Leads detailed module-specific configuration and master data development.
- Ability to use Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes, review release notes, and solution roadmaps as well as provide guidance to customers on release strategy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with TRM project implementations
- Expert level knowledge concerning SAP TRM
- Excellent understanding of Tax Authority business processes and legislation
- Follows industry trends and focuses on becoming a thought leader in his area of expertise.
- Exposure to new technologies in the SAP space for functional considerations
- Exposed to multiple Implementation methodologies like ASAP, Activate, Waterfall, Scrum etc.
- Able to communicate with customers confidently, convince / coach clients on the most appropriate solution and agree on an effective way forward.
- Excellent communication skills in all areas (oral, aural, written)
- Strong coaching and leadership skills with interest in consultants in their area of expertise
