It employs over 280 staff nurses managing clinics, coordinating testing, assessing patient compliance, and educating patients. Leadership is provided by Head Nurses, clinical coordinators, and support staff, including interpreters.

The Hemodialysis (HD) units offer acute hemodialysis, CRRT, chronic hemodialysis, and hemodiafiltration for adult and pediatric patients with renal failure or end-stage renal disease. Patients typically range from 12 to 75 years old, requiring close monitoring and prompt nursing interventions during treatments.

Care teams include nephrologists, nurses, head nurses, nurse clinicians, translators, social workers, and dietitians.
