Accountabilities

• Keep visitors in mind when working on the shop floor, minimize disruption and remain aware at all times of the importance of safety and the visual impact for visitors.
• Respect routines and responsibilities, work together with the Com&In team and other functions, act quickly to exploit commercial opportunities and understand the impact of actions on the financial results.
• Secure high quality, simplicity, efficiency and cost consciousness in planning and implementing all range presentation solutions by applying national directions and using global tools, proven solutions and best practices.
• Actively contribute to gathering insights about store layout and range presentation and translating this knowledge into relevant and inspiring store solutions that will support a convenient shopping experience and reflect the local needs of life at home.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in interior Design , architecture or any related filed
• Software skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup etc.)
• Communicate confidently and clearly in English

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and optimization corporate real estate portfolio to support rapid organizational growth.
• Develop and oversee workplace layouts, blocking, and stacking plans to accommodate future headcount and evolving team structures.
• Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and translate functional and operational requirements into space and design solutions.
• Conduct data‑driven analysis of space utilization, occupancy trends, and employee workflows to inform strategic space decisions.
• Drive end‑to‑end space planning processes—from concept through implementation—including revisions and iterative layout adjustments.
• Partner with HR, IT, and Facilities to align workplace design with workforce planning, technology deployment, and employee experience objectives.
