We are mandated by one of our clients, a quick-service restaurant group with operating many branches across the Kingdom, to search for a CEO. The role is based in Riyadh.
Role Overview
The CEO will have full P&L responsibility for the business, driving both top-line sales growth and profitability. The role will oversee all aspects of the business including operations, finance, and marketing, while working closely with the Board and the Group Chairman to execute the company's long-term strategy. A key priority will be to lead and manage the franchise expansion plan across KSA and beyond, ensuring brand standards and operational excellence are maintained throughout.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as CEO, COO, or senior executive within the KSA quick-service restaurant sector
- Strong track record in scaling QSR businesses with 30+ outlets, including both company-operated and franchised branches
- Deep knowledge of the KSA F&B market, consumer trends, and regulatory framework
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and executing expansion strategies
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, capable of managing and motivating large teams across multiple functions
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Bilingual preferred, fluent Arabic and professional English
