About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and service-focused Restaurant Chef to lead the In-Room Dining kitchen at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay . Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef , you will oversee the preparation, presentation, and execution of all dishes delivered through room service, ensuring our guests enjoy a luxurious dining experience from the comfort of their rooms, 24 hours a day.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the day-to-day culinary operations of the In-Room Dining kitchen.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to Four Seasons standards and guest expectations.
  • Maintain an efficient flow of service in coordination with the In-Room Dining service team.
  • Supervise and support the kitchen team, providing on-the-job training and ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed at all times.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and minimize waste through effective inventory and cost management.

What You Bring
