Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Sales for our prestigious resort located in the historic city of AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance our market position in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners
- Oversee the creation and implementation of sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans
- Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management
- Implement and optimize the use of CRM systems to enhance sales processes and customer relationships

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in hospitality sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Extensive knowledge of the luxury travel market and MICE sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Excellent strategic planning and revenue management capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes
- Familiarity with the Middle Eastern hospitality market is highly desirable

Join our pre-opening Rooms Division as Florist at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Florist Manager, you will play a key role in designing, preparing, and maintaining exceptional floral arrangements that enhance the beauty and ambiance of guest rooms, public areas, events, and special occasions across the resort.
What You Will Do
- Support pre-opening tasks including floral inventory setup, workstation organization, sourcing vendors, and establishing floral design standards.

The Health & Safety Manager (F&B Focus) will play a key leadership role in ensuring compliance with global food safety standards, local health regulations, and Four Seasons best practices. The position will also support the resort's sustainability initiatives, particularly in F&B operations, ensuring that our restaurants and kitchens deliver not only exceptional experiences but also safe and sustainable practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, and kitchens.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HACCP and ISO 22000 standards throughout the property.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits across F&B outlets, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabia health regulations and Four Seasons policies.
- Train and guide F&B employees on hygiene best practices, safe food handling, allergen awareness, while supporting all sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation of food safety processes, audits, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Culinary, Stewarding, and F&B leadership teams to ensure sustainable practices such as waste reduction, energy management, and sourcing from responsible suppliers.
- Drive awareness and best practices on recycling, sustainable sourcing, and reduction of single-use plastics in F&B.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on health, safety, and sustainability performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in food science, Environmental Health, Hospitality, or related field.
- Certifications in HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent food safety systems required.
- 3–5 years' experience in food safety, hygiene, or sustainability roles within luxury hotels, resorts, or large-scale F&B operations.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia's health & food safety regulations.
- Experience in leading sustainability projects within hospitality or F&B is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about food safety and sustainability.
