As a Resort Manager at our luxury resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the resort operations. Responsibilities:

About the location:

The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. About The Role
The Houseman supports Room Attendants and ensures that all guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities are kept clean, well-stocked, and organized. This role also plays a vital part in the setup and maintenance of linen rooms, storage areas, and event support when needed.
Qualification Requirements
Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
Key Job Functions
Previous housekeeping or hotel operations experience preferred
Follow all uniform, grooming, and payroll procedures as per Four Seasons standards
Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, service areas, and public spaces (vacuuming, dusting, etc.)
Transport linen, supplies, and guest amenities to floors and housekeeping pantries
Remove soiled linen and trash to designated areas
Ensure housekeeping pantries are clean, locked, and stocked at all times
Assist Room Attendants with heavy lifting (e.g., moving furniture or beds)
Replenish and rotate stock in storerooms and pantries according to par levels
Handle delivery and retrieval of housekeeping-related guest requests (e.g., extra beds, cribs, pillows)
Support banquet/event setups when required, including moving furniture or equipment
Respond to guest and staff requests courteously and efficiently
Follow all safety, health, and hygiene guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling carts, and lifting heavy objects (up to 35–40 kg)
