2. Assists in the planning and organizing of the analysis and evaluation of all valid R&I policies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
3. Assists in the periodic systematic review R&I policies and/or procedures. 4. Participates in studies, assists in the development of plans as requested, and provides input related to area of specialty.
5. Ensures references for policies and procedures reflect most current authoritative published standards.
6. Ensures accurate cross-referencing for department policies.

**Education**:
Master's, or Bachelor's Degree in, Hospital/Business Administration, Public Administration, or other related discipline is required.
**Experience Required**:
Grade 09: One (1) year of related experience with Master’s, or three (3) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Grade 10: Three (3) years of related experience with Master’s, or five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research & Development Chemist/Specialist based in Riyadh. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and formulating innovative, high-quality products including (but not limited to):
- Hair Care Products: Shampoos, conditioners, hair creams, hair masks.
- Skin Care Products: Facial cleansers, scrubs, moisturizers, nourishing creams, specialized creams (e.g., sunscreens).
- Cosmetics & Body Care: Body lotions, creams, foundations, and other cosmetic formulations.
- Hygienic Products: Liquid soaps, body washes, wet wipes, hand sanitizers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and formulate new products aligned with global standards and market trends.
- Conduct laboratory tests for product performance, stability, and safety.

Qualifications

**Job Summary**:
The Research and Engineering Programs Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive coordination and support for research initiatives and engineering programs within the organization. **Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
Accounting Assistants prepare financial documents such invoices, bills, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, payroll, reports, and other financial records for entry into computer software. They also do bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of budgets and reports. Some of main jobs are as follows:
- Coordinate and support research activities, including proposal development, project planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with research teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
- Assist in managing research grants, contracts, and funding opportunities, including tracking budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.
- Provide administrative support for research-related events, such as workshops, conferences, and seminars.
