Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Reporting Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to support in the tracking, updating, monitoring, and reporting on project control functions on a major Roads PMO program.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collate reporting data from disparate systems and sources, understanding that data and presenting it in a clear and easily accessible manner.

  • Own and update report templates as required and manage the configuration of documents, in line with any changes to the reporting framework and reporting cycle that may be made from time to time.

  • Support the ongoing improvement of reporting within the Project Controls Function and wider Program, identifying opportunities for process and systems improvements.

  • Produce regular management reports to support the Program Director & Deputy and Program Controls Manager.

  • Undertake quality review of regular management reports, including status reports submitted to the Program Controls Function, and liaising with reporting resources in projects to provide feedback and improve quality.

  • Support the development of the Monthly Dashboard Report and the population by the Project teams.

  • Ensure that the Baseline Scope Book is aligned to project, budget and schedule.

  • Coordinates and produces program level reporting.

  • Coordinates with the Procurement Manager to develop an accurate procurement status report for each period, as well as other disciplines.

  • Assist in the production of Earned Value performance data sets for roll up to program level.

  • Provide such additional support for the Program Controls Manager as may from time to time be required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineer or relevant qualification such as Business with 10 years experience.

  • Proficient user of IT systems (Power BI, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, internet, MS Access, etc.)

  • Ability to extract and collate data from different sources and systems.

  • Experience of use of project management reporting applications.

  • Experience in the production of project and / or Program reporting.

  • Time management, organization and prioritization skills and able to be organized in prioritizing, planning and agreeing activities.

  • Good communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems.
Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule.
Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
Reports status of schedule to appropriate project and Company management as well to the client.
Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.
Develops and maintains critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this information.
Customizes project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
Accumulates historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting.
May supervise and provide performance reviews for one or more lower level Project Control Specialists and/or support personnel.
Provides input to Sr. Project Control Staff regarding staffing requirements.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of related work experience.
Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field.

**Title**:
Senior Reporting Specialist

The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.

**THE ROLE**

Assisting the Senior Commercial Manager - Cost and Cashflow Control - in all aspects of reporting for the Programme in the aspects of contractual issues, cash flow, and commercial metrics.

Liaise with the client Project Controls team to ensure requirements are adhered to and manage the supply chain of Contractors and Supervision Consultants reporting aspects.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist the Senior Commercial Manager in developing, in accordance with the client project controls team, the reporting requirements for the supply chain.
- Assist the Reporting Manager in developing reporting standards, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare all the reports and collect all the data for the Program
- Coordination with program management team on all aspects of project controls.
- Manage the supply chain to ensure timely reporting.
- Produce all weekly and monthly reports for the programme.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
