Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Reporting Engineer **to join our team! In this role you will get to **work on one of the fastest growing projects in the Kingdom.**

**Reporting & Monitoring**
- Develop reporting system and its relevant policies, processes, procedures, coordination, enable the programs and review RE Programs management reporting templates.
- Review programs reports and prepare a consolidated report. Generate the executive report.

Strategic Contribution:

- Guide and improve the Project Control teams (Client, Dev’co and Consultant) in order to provide world class project management to the Client.
- Bring the Client and other teams together in a series of workshop to further develop the master Reporting/Dashboard and ensuring everyone agrees on how the program will be delivered.
- Continually evolve the organization to support the needs of the corporation.
- Participate in Corporate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client service, efficiency, and profitability.

**Minimum Experience**:
5 - 7 years of project management experience

**Job Specific Skills**:

- Knowledge of various kinds of project disciplines and expertise in project controls and project management.
- Knowledge and skills in Project Controls related systems such as PMIS and Primavera.
- Experience in developing and reporting Key performance Indicators (KPIs) for the daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Experience in development of dashboards and management reports using Power BI, Excel, etc.
- Basic knowledge and experience with BI based reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Cognos, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable with policies, procedures, and best practices in the areas of project controls, monitoring and reporting in real estate industry.
- Sound quantitative and analytical skills
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

The Project monitoring and reporting specialist will be working within a project management office at client office and he shall perform all the necessary duties required by the client and our project manager within the scope specified by the contract. He will have the responsibility to monitor many projects within certain region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Prepare Management Reports and presentations as:
Overall progress of projects

Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio

Project risks and progress on mitigating these risks

Periodic reports (weekly, monthly, annualetc.).

KPI reports
- Analyse projects status and prepare reports highlighting all the potential risk and issues facing the project and suitable solutions.
- Assists on prioritise projects as per Strategic Business Objectives
- Assist in the preparation and review of the requested budget for future projects.
- Proper record keeping of all project database and update on regular basis.
- Gathering and documenting lessons learned and ensure sharing with all projects.

- Prepare projects progress follow up dashboard and update it as requested

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- The expert should have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the management, supervision, planning of water and wastewater projects.
- The last five (3 years of his experience shall be with large international consultant.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- The Project monitoring and reporting specialist should have a university degree in civil engineering or other equivalent discipline, fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English. If he does not have ability to communicate in Arabic, then he should have sufficient experience working in Saudi Arabia as a consultant for a governmental Department.
