**Role Summary:** Own L2-level operations for Reporting Analyst within a highly regulated banking estate, ensuring availability, performance, security, audit readiness, and rapid recovery as per RTO/RPO.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide L2-level support for Reporting Analyst in a mission-critical banking environment.

  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
