MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of low-current electronic devices, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other consumer electronics.
• Perform repair and restoration work on damaged or malfunctioning electronic components, including circuit boards, ESP32, Arduino Board, Sensors, CCTV, Access Control, connectors, and other internal parts.
• Disassemble and reassemble electronic devices using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Test repaired devices to ensure they are functioning properly and meet quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all repair work, including the nature of the problem, the steps taken to resolve it, and the outcome.
• Provide customers with status updates on the progress of their repairs and communicate any issues or additional costs.

Strategic and Functional Responsibilities

• Schedule lighting and HVAC installations per project timelines.

• Test lighting circuits and airflow rates for compliance.
• Review electrical schematics and HVAC duct layouts.
• Report system failures to Electrical and Mechanical Managers.
